Responsibilities:
- Process Development & Support: Collaborate with foundries to develop and optimize process flows; interpret PDKs and process specifications to support design teams; evaluate new process nodes.
- Problem Solving: Work with foundries on failure analysis to identify root causes and drive process improvements; manage production issues and delays.
- Yield & Reliability Improvement: Analyze yield data, optimize process windows, and support reliability testing to ensure stable mass production.
- Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a technical interface between design houses and foundries; coordinate reviews to ensure alignment between design and process.
- Tape-out & Mass Production Support: Support tape-out activities, including mask data preparation and process documentation review; monitor production yield and process parameters to proactively prevent and resolve issues.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor process flows; experience in process integration or process development is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional problem-solving.
- Ability to effectively support international collaboration.
