Position Summary

The candidate will play an important role in driving research administrative excellence, managing research collaborations and grants in Operations Research and Analytics (ORA) at IORA. This role will be the key administrative point of contact for research teams, partners, and stakeholders, and will lead process improvements across research and programme management functions.

• Support the development of course materials, learning resources, and related documentation in collaboration with the project team
• Review, organise, and update learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for use
• Format and quality-check learning and assessment materials to maintain clarity and alignment with requirements
• Assist in the development of digital learning content and basic multimedia resources where required
• Coordinate meetings, document discussions, and track follow-up actions to support project execution
• Maintain project records, documentation, and version control
• Support data collation, basic analysis, and administrative tracking for reporting purposes
• Manage and update course content using a learning management system from an end-user perspective (e.g., upload, organise, and maintain materials)
• Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team
