The Service Engineer (ACMV) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems. This role involves providing technical support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The Service Engineer works closely with project teams and clients to ensure smooth operation and reliability of all ACMV systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Servicing

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation fans.
• Carry out corrective maintenance to resolve system faults and breakdowns efficiently.
• Inspect and test equipment and components to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Record service activities and update maintenance reports accurately.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose system issues and identify root causes for equipment malfunctions.
• Execute repair works and replacements of faulty parts or components.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to improve system reliability and performance.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve complex technical problems.

Installation & Commissioning Support

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems at new or renovated sites.
• Support project teams in verifying that all installations meet design and quality specifications.
• Conduct system performance checks and ensure all documentation is completed.

Client Support & Reporting

• Respond promptly to service calls and maintain strong communication with clients regarding job progress and completion.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing professional and responsive service.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company and site safety rules during service and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Participate in safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and ongoing safety training.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV servicing and maintenance.
• Educational Qualifications: Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or an equivalent qualification.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to HVAC servicing.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of service management tools, Microsoft Office, and ability to read technical drawings.
• Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues.

Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses.

• Provide basic nursing care and treatment under supervision
• Observe residents and report abnormalities to Staff Nurse
• Ensure personal hygiene and grooming
• Accompany Elderly to appointments and recreational outings
• Conduct daily activities with residents

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing/NITEC in Community Care & Social Services.
• Have 2 years experience in Nursing Home or Geriatric care
• Working hours: Shift Work

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted Service Levels
• Conducts regular transaction monitoring and liaise with the Quality team to review calls for the purposes of quality assurance, coaching and training

• Collate and present relevant weekly operational health data to Head of Operations and provide suggestions to address operational gaps as well as forecasted load.
• Responsible for approving annual leaves of respective CSOs and Team Leaders
• Prepare and conduct daily huddles to cascade timely information to all CSOs
• Attend ad-hoc Train the Trainer sessions whenever new campaigns are onboarded and must be able to transfer relevant information to CSOs via product training sessions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in people management, customer relationship management and project management.
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior leadership, peers, staff, customers and other stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Contact Centre Management tools and technology.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and is ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment. • Monitor engagement, respond to relevant interactions, and identify opportunities to grow reach and influence

Ad-hoc & Special Projects

• Support leadership initiatives, expansion plans, and time-sensitive projects

Requirements

• This role is open to Singapore Citizens only.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership

• Prior experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff–like, or strategy support role is highly preferred

• Comfortable with frequent overseas travel and working closely with a senior male executive in a professional capacity

• Experience managing executive or corporate social media accounts is an advantage

• Strong business judgment, organisational skills, and attention to detail
