Summary

The Operations Support Team Lead will play a critical role in supporting the startup of a state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility with multiple production lines. Reporting to the Department Lead of Commercial DP, this position will serve as an Operations Support in reparation for aseptic manufacturing operations readiness (e.g., service contract, training program, SOP/MBR/WI and documentation generation, logbook, environmental and utilities sampling, etc.). Qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Transition Support Officer is responsible for providing hands-on, practical support, training and guidance to clients who are going through transitions, be it from School to Community Hubs, from Community Hubs to Regional Hubs (or vice versa), from residential to community care (or vice versa). 

Based on respective MINDS Regional/Community Hubs, the TSO supports the Hub Manager in working with the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Training Officers (TOs), Vocational Coaches (VCs), Learning Support Trainers (LSTs), in developing and reviewing of the Individualized Development Plan (IDP). He or she will also work in collaboration with the Social Workers (SW), Care Coordinators (CCs) and TOs in engaging the caregivers periodically to train and transfer skills into the community or home environment as well as to update the caregivers on IDP progress.

The guiding principle for Transition Support should be holistic, i.e. person- and family-centric as much as possible, while keeping in mind the need to adapt accordingly when integrating client's IDP and actual transition situation.

IDP development, review and maintenance 

• Support the Hub Manager in the development, review and update of clients' IDP through a person-centred approach.

• Coordinate and participate in Transition Planning meetings, Case Reviews and IDP meetings for clients in collaboration with AHPs and relevant stakeholders.

• To ensure client makes progress on IDP goals and IDP goals are aligned to long term aspirations and interests of client.

• To work with Social Workers to engage selected clients and caregivers in discussion on transitions and training needs, as and when necessary.  

• To coordinate and participate in the family meetings to review OPP and longer-term person-centred goals.

Practical hands-on training and support for clients undergoing transition

• Carry out training and support outline on client's transition training needs at the relevant transition settings
• Document and keep records of client's training progress, adaptations made, etc.

Collaboration with multi-disciplinary AHP team, caregivers and community partners including volunteers in advocating for client's transition and overall development matters

• Work with relevant stakeholders to advocate for clients' transitional and developmental needs according to their IDP, looking at environmental, socio-emotional, and behavioural support factors. 

• Document and keep records of engagements, adaptations made with relevant stakeholders.

• Consolidate good person-centred practices, knowledge and experience to build a resource bank of person-centred practices and useful tools in collaborative practice, so as to keep other practitioners informed.

Review and evaluate the IDP of clients to ensure successful / sustainable person-centred development of clients over the lifespan.

• Conduct assessments of clients' transition and development needs as needed, and track progress through pre- and post-intervention assessments

• Work with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary team to revise and adapt IDP goals and strategies if outcome is not met, or to bring clients to higher level of functioning towards independence.

• Support Transition Coordinator to document and keep records of outcomes of clients' IDP and produce a consolidated report/dashboard on overall clients' IDP outcomes.

Role Summary

The IoT Support L1 Lead is responsible for managing a frontline team that monitors, troubleshoots, and supports IoT devices and platforms for enterprise customers. The role ensures high availability, timely incident resolution, and an excellent customer experience.

• Lead and mentor an L1 support team handling tickets, calls, and chats for IoT devices, gateways, and platforms.

Requirements :-

1.     Minimum 5 years system support experience on AIX

2.     Regional experience is preferred.

3.     Possess good technical knowledge of AIX operating system and system services (volume manager, file system, NTP, DNS, clustering, SSH, TSM, ITM etc).

4.     Experience in troubleshoot and performance tuning of UNIX

5.     Experience in implementing and operating UNIX server clustering

6.     Information security knowledge.

7.     Data communication and network knowledge.

8.     Experience in middleware and application execution in the UNIX environment is an added advantage

Overview
Seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to manage enterprise endpoint environments, identity services, and automation initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining a secure, stable, and compliant end-user environment while improving efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Computing & Endpoint Support

• Provide Level 2/3 support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, application, and peripheral issues
• Manage endpoint lifecycle (provisioning, patching, upgrades, decommissioning)
• Support remote/hybrid workforce in line with security policies
• Maintain asset inventory, configurations, and documentation

Identity & Access Management

• Administer LDAP directories and identity platforms (users, groups, permissions, GPOs)
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and access changes (least-privilege)
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues
• Support audits and access reviews

Device Management

• Manage MDM platforms and device enrollment (iOS, Android, BYOD)
• Implement security policies, compliance controls, and app lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot enrollment, deployment, and authentication issues
• Support integration with identity providers and conditional access
• Maintain monitoring, reporting, and audit evidence

Automation & Scripting

• Design and implement automation for EUC operations
• Develop scripts (e.g. PowerShell) for provisioning, configuration, updates, and reporting
• Integrate automation with ITSM workflows
• Ensure compliance with security and change management standards
• Document and maintain automation processes

Operations, Risk & Compliance

• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs
• Follow incident, change, and access management processes
• Participate in audits and risk reviews
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and audit documentation
• Provide guidance to junior team members

Collaboration Tools (Nice-to-have)

• Support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
• Manage access and troubleshoot user issues

Requirements

• 3-8 years in EUC / Desktop Support / End-User Computing
• Strong Active Directory administration experience
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments
• Hands-on scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Ability to build simple, effective automation solutions
• Experience in regulated or security-focused environments

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Exposure to endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Exposure to version control or automation practices

• Provide secretariat support for monthly and ad hoc meetings across the department

• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes promptly for review and approval

• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure before subsequent meetings

• Send out meeting invites and agendas in advance to all stakeholders

• Coordinate presentation materials and manage presentation flow in line with committee expectations

• Liaise with stakeholders across different teams to ensure alignment and readiness for meetings

• Support ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the team

• Utilise MS Teams and CoPilot to support meeting management, documentation, and coordination
