Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Executive to deliver reliable day-to-day IT operations and Level 1 support across MTFA locations in Singapore (HQ, DI/DIL, IKCs, IC, IEH/childcare). You will manage incident resolution, keep tickets and knowledge tidy, handle device and account lifecycle, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding so staff can work securely and without friction. You’ll operate under the IT head and partner closely with the IT Operations Executive (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident & Ticket Management

• Respond promptly to user tickets via portal/chat/phone and provide clear updates through to closure.
• Triage and resolve L1 incidents (workstations, standard apps, printing/Wi-Fi); escalate to L2/L3 per runbook.
• Log every case in the ITSM platform with accurate category/priority, SLA timer, and resolution notes (link a knowledge article where applicable).

2. IT Asset & User Support (Singapore sites)

• Manage laptops/desktops, peripherals, and loaners; coordinate repair/RMA when required.
• Enrol, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using the endpoint-management platform (MDM) in line with policy.
• Reimage/re-enrol devices to restore compliance or during tech refresh.

3. User Onboarding & Offboarding (Identity & Access)

• Execute standard account and access tasks in the collaboration/identity suite via runbooks (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Conduct IT onboarding for productivity and collaboration tools.
• Secure offboarding: disable accounts, revoke sessions/MFA as required, reclaim licenses, back up user data per SOP, and wipe/re-provision devices.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic IT support reports for management review.
• Maintain updated records of configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

5. Daily & Weekly Operations

• Monitor endpoint compliance (encryption, patch status, MDM policies) and perform basic network health checks (Wi-Fi/printing/meeting rooms).
• Maintain the IT asset register and accurate device/user records.
• Surface recurring issues and propose quick fixes; keep end-user knowledge-base articles current.

6. General IT Support

• Perform basic connectivity triage (device/app/Wi-Fi symptoms); escalate persistent LAN/VPN issues to L2/L3 with clear notes.
• Provide on-site support across MTFA locations and events when needed.

Core Skills

• Comfortable using computers and smartphones (installing apps, basic settings, printing).
• Clear, friendly communication and strong customer-service mindset.
• Structured problem-solving: identify the issue, follow steps, document what you tried, confirm resolution.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client accounts, strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting revenue growth and long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers via F2F interaction.
• Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention

• Monitor customer engagement to identify retention risks.
• Proactively address concerns and resolve complaints to prevent churn.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to services and processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Upselling& Cross-Selling

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, services, or upgrades.

Customer Support & Administration

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Follow up on contract renewals, negotiate on Price Increases, service package and other account related activities.  
• Maintain accurate customer records in our in-house system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Customer Service, Call Centre and Sales Administration experiences preferred
• Proficient in Google Applications and good computer/IT literacy
• No prior experience required (On-The-Job training will be provided)
• Positive communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Good work ethic standards, independent and a team collaborator
• High resilience and composure (Handle complaints and unpleasant customers)
• Strong multi-tasking, analytical and meticulous abilities
• Pro-active and adaptable in a fast-paced volatile environment

Job Description

• Position Title: Customer Service Executive / Order Processing Executive
• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and provide product information promptly.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure order details and specifications are correct.
• Check raw material availability and coordinate procurement when required.
• Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare reports on order status, customer feedback, and complaint resolution.
• Ensure invoicing is done after delivery documents are completed.
• Maintain good knowledge of company products, processes, and industry regulations.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and assist with near-expiry stock sales when practicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• In charge of preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentations
• Responsible ensuring the accuracy in documents and emails as well as preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations
• In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation
• Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration or relevant
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support / customer service with knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation
• Letter of Credit knowledge will be a advantage
