Job Responsibilities:
· You will manage customer communications across email, chat, and social platforms, crafting clear, empathetic, and on-brand responses.
· In addition, you will create and maintain help content including FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to empower users with self-service resources.
· Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
· You will also contribute to building and refining internal processes and workflows, while proactively identifying patterns in user issues and recommending solutions to enhance overall quality and user experience.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· 1 years of relevant experience
· Experience within the financial industry would be an added advantage
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
