Job Scope:

• Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage staff while overseeing administration, finance, and centre performance.
• Ensure safe student transitions, including pick-ups and risk management processes.
• Lead student behaviour management and support staff in handling complex cases.
• Engage parents on student matters and maintain strong communication standards.
• Oversee academic support programmes and ensure quality learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive programme planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in student care, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory, management or leadership role.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm)

Working Location: Sengkang/Bukit Batok/Toa Payoh

Salary: $4,000 - $4,500

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and domestic helpers.

• Provide ongoing support to employers and helpers after deployment to address concerns, manage expectations, and minimise placement disruptions.
• Handle feedback, complaints, misunderstandings, and disputes in a professional, fair, and impartial manner.
• Identify underlying causes of placement challenges and work collaboratively with both parties to achieve practical and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and helpers to monitor adjustment, performance, and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, placement progress, and case management activities.
• Work closely with the sourcing and training teams to improve placement outcomes and reduce turnover rates.

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, recruitment, human resources, counselling, social services, mediation, or dispute resolution will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in the domestic helper industry, employment agency industry, childcare industry, hospitality industry, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Strong ability to assess people, understand family dynamics, and identify suitable matches.
• Comfortable communicating with both employers and domestic helpers from different cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain proper documentation of student attendance, disciplinary records, and case management.
• Prepare reports on student performance, attendance trends, and behavioural issues.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student management or education settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and parents effectively.
• Mature, responsible and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working with international students is an advantage.
