Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily operations
• Plan and deploy manpower, including scheduling maintenance for customers
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to meet SLA requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for client requests, issues, and escalations
• Supervise technicians and provide on-site support when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Track service performance, identify issues, and implement improvements
• Prepare operational reports and update management regularly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance or system integration
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, or security systems preferred
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
• Independent and resourceful
• Possess initiative and a positive working attitude.
