RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and implement programmes that support the rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-offenders and their families
- Build strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, corporate partners, and volunteers
- Monitor programme effectiveness, analyse outcomes, and prepare reports for stakeholders and management
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, engagement, and compliance with SPS requirements
- Develop meaningful volunteer experiences and recognition initiatives to encourage long-term involvement
- Support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts
- Coordinate faith-based activities, centre operations, and programme logistics
- Supervise and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture
- Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Support other organisational initiatives and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in social services, rehabilitation, or programme management
- Experience working with ex-offenders, vulnerable groups, or volunteers is an advantage
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Working Hours
- 5-day work week, totalling 44 hours per week
- Typical schedule:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5 days)
- Flexibility is required to meet operational demands, including:
- Evening, weekend, and public holiday duties
- Responsiveness to the needs of released inmates and programme operations
