Job Responsibility

• Lead and manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, commercial and technical submissions.
• Develop and standardize tender procedures, pricing formats, schedules of rates, and technical data.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services 5–8 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E contracting (with managerial exposure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF) and mechanical works costing

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR and accounting functions including payroll processing, compliance with MOM and tax regulations, worker accommodation administration, and financial reporting to support operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
