Key Responsibilities:
· Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
· Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
· Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
· Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
· Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
· 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
· Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
· Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
· Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
· Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
