• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor project works to maintain quality and progress
• Conduct and oversee all inspection activities to ensure compliance with standards
• Supervise teams to ensure adherence to work requirements and safety protocols
• Prepare and submit daily activity summaries to track project status
• Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• PE Board/BCA accredited Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in building or civil construction projects
• Experience with BTO or HIP project references
