• Review all the tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients.
• Source for suppliers and request for quotation, and prepare price comparison and costing summary
• Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission, such as technical data, schedule of unit rate, catalogue submission.
• Resource management, coordination with supplier and sub-contractors.
• Work with project engineer to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs.
• Responsible of preparing progress payment claims, variation orders. project budgets & cost control, and settlement of the final account.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
• 4 years experience in the cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good communication and written skills in English
