Provide administrative and operational support to the daily business operations.
Handle the application, renewal, and maintenance of business licenses and permits (e.g. URA, NEA, Liquor Licence, and other regulatory requirements).
Liaise with government agencies, landlords, vendors, and relevant stakeholders on operational matters.
Monitor licence expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and documentation.
Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required.
Assist in processing manpower requests from outlets and coordinating with relevant departments.
Support recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Manage data entry, filing, and general office administrative duties.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
