The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes. The Platform Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the technical health of the platform. This is a consultative role focused on guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees on the engagement team to provide a solution on a technical architecture designed for long-term success.

• You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Be a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members to provide successful customer solutions.
• Provide a variety of knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to understand the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goals.
• Engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.
• Manage technical governance, and an delivery operating model and governance.
• Ensure instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain skills / certifications.
• Support the professional development of others through means of mentoring.

この信頼は個別の案件対応からだけ生まれるものではありません。SAはIoTのプロフェッショナルとしてユースケースや関連する技術的チャレンジとその解決策を、社内外を問わず登壇や執筆で世界に向けて発信していくことにより、IoTプロジェクトを成功に導くためのヒントを届けます。これによってIoTプラットフォーム「SORACOM」をより多くの人に知ってもらい、信頼を得ていくことも大事な仕事の一つです。

【仕事内容】

SAの仕事はお客様が実現したいビジネスやサービスの価値、そしてその背景にある課題を理解するところから始まります。

たとえば「みまもりサービスを開発したい」というお客様がいた場合、ヒアリングの結果に基づいて必要なデバイスや通信モジュールの選定、通信頻度やメッセージモデルやプロトコルの設計、データを受け取るクラウドサービスの選定や、データモデルの設計のお手伝いをします。更に、非機能的な側面としてシステムのスケーラビリティや運用性についての議論に参加することもあります。

特にセルラーネットワークは有限の資源をシェアするパブリックネットワークであり、これをうまく活用することはお客様のビジネスの成長にとって非常に重要なポイントであり、ソラコムのSAが大きな価値を提供できるポイントです。

もちろん、すべてのプロジェクトで上記の領域を一貫して担当するわけではありません。また、すべてのお客様が内製で開発するわけでもありません。プロジェクトの体制やフェーズに合わせて、必要なパートにおけるサポートをし、必要に応じて適切なパートナー企業を紹介します。

また、日々の業務の中で得られるお客様の声をプラットフォームにフィードバックし、その進化につなげていくことも、SAの重要な責任のひとつです。現場での知見をもとに、プロダクトづくりに関わる機会があるのも、このポジションの特徴です。

SAはIoT領域における技術的なプロフェッショナルとして、お客様と長期的な信頼関係を築いていく役割です。そのため、幅広い技術領域をカバーしつつ、いくつかの専門分野に強みを持っていることが求められます。

また、自ら手を動かして検証や実装を行うハンズオンを実践し、最新の技術動向やお客様のユースケースに対して継続的にキャッチアップしていることが重要です。

お客様とのコミュニケーション能力

• AWS Lambda、AWS IoT Core、Amazon Kinesisなどを利用したクラウドネイティブなアプリケーションの開発や運用の経験（Google CloudやMicrosoft Azureにおいて同様のサービスを利用した経験）
• 車両、設備、物流システムなどをマネージするためのIoTシステムの設計、開発、運用の経験

ベーシックな英語力

データ処理

• 生成AI（LLMなど）を活用したシステム設計・開発・運用経験、特にIoTデータの前処理や分析結果の可視化、チャットボット・RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）システム構築における、AWS Bedrock、Azure OpenAI Service、Google Cloud Vertex AIなどのクラウドサービス、およびVector Database（例：Pinecone, Weaviate）の利用経験

IFS Japan is seeking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Aerospace & Defense Application Consultant.  You will be at the forefront of IFS product implementations working directly with IFS customers and partners on cutting edge industry solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The Solution Architect (Consulting) is responsible for leading the overall business value and delivering an IFS solution fit for the customer. Key to this is gaining buy-in from both the Customer and the IFS teams. The Solution Architect enjoys the challenge of creating and communicating well thought through practical solutions that form the basis for successful implementations/transformations and ultimately lead to highly referenceable customers.

【担当業務】

1. ストア開発・プロジェクトマネジメント

• ブティックの出店、改装、閉店に関するプロジェクトを主導し、グローバルのストアプランニング部門と連携し実行
• 入札、交渉、施工の各プロセスを含む、企画から完了までの全工程の管理
• ブランド基準に基づき、設計内容が基準を満たすかの検証・評価

2. 設計・施工管理および品質管理

• 各建築フェーズにおける設計、詳細図面作成、施工進行管理
• サプライヤーとの協働によるディスプレイ導入や店舗施工の監督

4. 社内外ステークホルダー連携

• エンドユーザー、不動産オーナー、施工会社、コンサルタント等の社内外関係者との調整・交渉
• プロジェクトチームと連携し、必要書類の作成支援

5. 市場分析・レポーティング・情報管理

• 競合の店舗展開を調査・分析、新規出店および移転の機会を特定
• プロジェクト進捗および店舗状況に関する月次レポートの作成
