Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to management and various departments within the company.
• Handle approximately 50% procurement duties and 50% administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Source, compare, negotiate, and purchase office supplies, marketing materials, corporate gifts, and other company requirements.
• Manage procurement activities through local suppliers, vendors, and online platforms such as Taobao and other e-commerce marketplaces.
