About the role

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/General Clerk to join our team at Euro Code Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time position will provide vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner Maintaining and updating office records, databases and filing systems Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents Providing support to the management team as required Ordering and maintaining office supplies Supporting other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Payments: Processing vendor invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Data Entry & Accuracy: Updating financial records and accounting systems with high accuracy.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and daily financial transactions.
• Support Roles: Assisting with payroll processing, tax form preparation, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Communication: Responding to vendor, client, or internal inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
• Reporting: Preparing basic cash flow reports and financial data for management.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Provide concierge support for calls and walk-in enquiries (students, parents, public)
• Communicate school events and reminders via messaging platforms
• Manage generic email inbox and route messages promptly
• Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly
• Maintain and track inventory/articles for periodic verification
• Coordinate parent volunteers for school events and activities
• Perform general administrative duties (typing, filing, document preparation)
• Prepare and print attendance records for CCA instructors and contract staff
• Manage transport approvals and maintain proper filing system
• Coordinate ad hoc bus bookings and verify transport payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing (e.g. bus booking forms)
• Record student injuries and provide basic first aid when required
• Assist in preparation and packing of learning materials
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• At least 5 years of administrative experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and visitors
• Able to recordincidents and provide basic first aid

Location : Jurong

Salary : Up to $2800 (Basic) + AWS + VB

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (5 days), Open to work on Saturday (OT Provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
• Monitoring and ordering inventory for office
• Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate and provide requested information.
• Keying orders and data entry
• Generating delivery order, receipts and sales invoices

• Min Diploma in any field
