Job Scope:
Attending to client IT enquiries & troubleshooting request
Coordinating of IT equipment servicing
Preparing of Quotation and contract
Liaising with Internal team on service delivery
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
Requirement:
Secondary or ITE Qualification or above
1 – 3 Years of Administrative Experience
Proficient in MS Excel software
