Job Summary

The Senior Audit Manager, Digital Assets is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance over the Group’s Digital Assets activities, businesses and strategic initiatives. This role is accountable for end-to-end internal audit coverage, including audit planning, risk assessment, audit execution, reporting and continuous business monitoring of digital asset products, platforms, governance and risk management frameworks. Leading and executing audits across digital assets custody, trading, tokenisation and platforms.

The role ensures that digital asset activities are conducted within Group’s risk appetite, in compliance with regulatory expectations, and in line with internal policies. Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops audit team by setting clear direction, providing technical guidance and accountable for end-to-end audit outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)

• 8+ years working experience in audit, risk or control functions, with relevant exposure to digital assets including blockchain infrastructure, custody models, trading platforms or tokenised products.

• Strong digital assets domain knowledge of blockchain, wallets (Hot/Cold/MPC), exchanges, custody, tokenisation and DeFi

• Technology, smart contract and key management (HSM,MPC) understanding

Assistant Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Assistant Fund Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. In this role, you will support the Fund Accounting Team Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting services across our hedge fund and private equity fund client base.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical fund accounting knowledge, solid NAV preparation and review experience across open-ended and closed-ended fund structures, and the readiness to roll up their sleeves when needed. This is not a purely supervisory role — we are looking for someone equally comfortable reviewing work and diving into complex fund structures, new client take-ons, and peak-period support.

• Support the Fund Accounting Team Manager in day-to-day team management and oversight across hedge fund and private equity fund mandates

Purpose

· Develop the Annual Audit Plan in collaboration with the Regional Chief Auditor and provide input for the Annual Audit Plan for APAC including gathering of key trends and information to confirm planned risks/areas of audit focus.

· Assist in scheduling audits and identifying necessary resources, ensuring the approved audit plan is implemented.

· Manage the planning of the annual independent review of relevant regulations.

· Direct the planning of country audits for diverse units by ensuring scope and extent of work is in accordance with the approved plan, timing and budget are reasonable, procedures are efficient, appropriate resources are assigned, and risks understood. Prepare planning documentation and sample selection in accordance with the Audit Methodology including the Audit Project Outline and commencement activities.

· Execute and manage assigned activities independently in accordance with the Department Standards ensuring the nature and extent of testing is appropriate to support the audit opinion. As Senior Audit Manager, this includes ensuring appropriate completion and review of documentation prepared by audit team members.

· Complete on-site review of assignments as required to ensure adequacy of work performed to support the audit conclusions and compliance with Department Audit Methodology.

· Manage the execution of the annual independent review of regulations.

· Ensure audit results are gathered, determine the root cause of the problem and associated impact, and report accordingly with limited supervision. Confirm results of the audit work with the auditee.

· Prepare and/or review audit findings for presentation to management.

· Document reported issues in the Audit Issues Tracking Database as required.

· Review the quarterly status of outstanding issues as assigned.

· Written reports and correspondence demonstrate good understanding of issues with key risks clearly articulated and materiality and associated impact clearly explained in accordance with the Department Audit Methodology. Recommendations build in best practices observed in other units.

· Review/edit reporting from team members and summarize issues in final audit.

· Present findings to line management and conduct audit closings including a discussion/presentation to management with an overview of the audit results and findings for those assignments with some assistance from more senior audit personnel.

· Follow-up for corrective action/progress against reported issues in the Audit Issues Tracking database on a quarterly basis. Escalate where necessary.

· Comply with department established HR Management policies and procedures.

· Provide guidance and coaching to staff by providing direction and communicating expectations; impart specialized skills to other audit officers through peer discussions and cooperation on cross-functional audits, coaching and performance management.

· Prepare/review (for direct reports) periodic and annual performance self-assessments, personal goals and objectives for measurement of performance, a career development and training plan and monitor for achievement/completion.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Closing: Directing month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and income statements.

Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with SFRS(I)/IFRS and local tax regulations (GST/Corporate Tax), acting as the main contact for external auditors.

Main Objective: 

The Senior Compliance Audit Manager will be a valuable member of the Global Compliance Assurance Team and will support the development, implementation and oversight of Arthrex’s Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C)’s auditing and monitoring program, primarily for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The Senior Compliance Audit Manager will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director, Global Compliance Assurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the enhancement of the company’s global compliance audit and monitoring program.
• Support the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in the development and presentation of an Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan—covering the company’s subsidiaries and third parties—based on an appropriate risk-based methodology to the Vice President, RM&C and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the Global Risk and Compliance Committee (GRCC).
• Coordinate with the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in supporting the management of the affairs of the Assurance Remediation Committee (ARC).
• Lead the effective execution of the Annual Auditing Plan for the APAC region by directing and perfoming corporate and third-party compliance audits,  ensuring high‑quality workpapers, and delivering well‑documented and clearly communicated audit findings.
• Support business leadership and cross-functional teams in driving the timely implementation of corrective and remedial actions arising from audit and monitoring findings, ensuring that identified issues are effectively addressed and underlying root causes resolved.
• Support the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in preparing and delivering periodic reports to the Vice President, RM&C and CCO, as well as the GRCC and the ARC, on the status of the Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan, key audit and monitoring findings, and progress of the remedial measures.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the company’s values and ethical standards are clearly emphasized, consistently communicated, and effectively integrated across the organization, including delivering training where appropriate.

• Provide guidance and interpretation on the company’s Code of Conduct, Third-Party Compliance Handbook, compliance policies, relevant health industry regulations, and applicable industry codes.
• Recommend enhancements to corporate compliance policies and practices to ensure continued alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build strong partnerships with the APAC Legal & Compliance Director, as well as business and functional stakeholders, to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the company’s global compliance program.
• Support investigations of reported compliance-related issues, when requested, and collaborate with key gate-keeper functions—including the Director, Global Investigations, the APAC Legal & Compliance Director, Human Resources, and Legal—to ensure that all reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated.

• Ensure compliance within the functional area and actively support the organization’s broader compliance objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare compliance rules, regulations, enforcement trends, and industry standards to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving compliance expectations.
• Up to 30%-40% international travel may be required.

Education and Experience:
