Account cum Admin Executive

An established renovation and construction company delivering high-profile commercial projects for leading brands across Singapore. We are seeking dedicated accounting professionals to manage full sets of accounts and support project finance operations.
What You’ll Do
• Handle AP/AR, full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping using Xero
• Prepare and analyse project costing, including budget vs. actual
• Perform WIP (Work-In-Progress) accounting and support project revenue recognition
• Manage supplier and subcontractor payments, staff claims, and GST submissions
• Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams on all finance-related matters
• Assist in audit preparation, annual filings, compliance, and licence renewals
• Assist in simple HR administrative
• Support ad hoc finance and admin tasks and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Min 5 years of accounting experience; some HR & audit background preferred
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently is a plus
• Experience in construction or manufacturing industry is highly preferred (priority given to candidates with WIP accounting experience)
• For Senior role: must be familiar with GST, annual filing, and have experience assisting with audits
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
