Responsibilities:
Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure workers are using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and authorities on safety matters.
Ensure all safety signage, permits, and emergency procedures are properly implemented.
Promote safety awareness and maintain a strong safety culture at the worksite.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 – 5 years of working experience in construction site safety supervision.
Possess valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification recognized in Malaysia.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
Able to work independently and handle site safety matters effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with safety documentation and reporting procedures.
Willing to travel or work at different project sites if required.

Role Description:
Responsible for providing engineering design support and solutions for crane systems and industrial lifting equipment within the assigned region. Ensures that designs meet technical specifications, safety standards, customer requirements, and company guidelines. Supports continuous product improvement and localization efforts.
Key Tasks :
Design & Development: Create and modify crane and lifting equipment designs using CAD software, 3D software and adhering to engineering standards including global and regional requirements.

Role Description:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to industrial equipment installations, focusing on overhead cranes and hoists. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and according to Konecranes’ quality standards.
Key Tasks :
Plan, monitor, and manage crane and hoist installation, modernization, and service projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
Provide technical support in crane and hoist installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and Konecranes quality requirements.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during project execution.
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and progress meetings to maintain clear communication and trust with stakeholders.
