General

Specifics

• Perform market research using publicly available information and proprietary databases to identify, quantify and analyze macroeconomic and real estate trends across Asia-Pacific markets and property sectors

• Interpret financial analyses prepared by target fund managers, including investment track records, financial statement analysis and fund models; perform valuation and underwriting analyses on underlying assets

• Support senior Research and Advisory staff on sourcing and managing the inflow of investment opportunities

• Assess marketing and supporting materials of prospective fund managers to identify key value drivers and important areas for further investigation

• Conduct phone interviews with senior executives to gather insights regarding the style and effectiveness of target fund managers

• Form an independent opinion about the attractiveness of a sector or investment opportunity

• Construct an argument around an opinion and efficiently communicate that argument both verbally and in written materials; defend a position in a team environment, including Investment Committee meetings

• Use creativity to source and analyze data and to test hypotheses regarding the attractiveness of specific sectors and investment opportunities

• Prepare for and participate in meetings with managers and conduct on-going due diligence

• Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analyses related to co-investment and secondary opportunities

• Draft investment memorandums and presentations related to fund, co-investment and secondary diligences

• Analyze and monitor the performance of the Firm’s existing fund managers and underlying portfolio companies

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• BA/BS from a leading university in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or equivalent relevant field; top-quartile academic background

• Demonstrated track record of academic and professional success

• Prior internships or work experience in private equity real estate, investment banking, consulting or other relevant field (1+ years preferred)

• Availability to travel regionally throughout Asia (Greater China, Korea, Japan, India, Australia, Southeast Asia, etc.

• Knowledge of TAP business functions and testing, and T24/TAP recon would be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Share Options, OTC options) would be a plus.

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases for gaps identified for various B2F flows. Ensure test cases coverage is end to end.

• Provide walkthrough of test artefacts to onsite counterparts for their review and sign-off.

This is a 24 months fixed term contract role.

What will you do?

To manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) support, governance and continuous improvement for Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures the stability, performance, and effective utilisation of CRM to support digital services, including stakeholder engagement and feedback management.

• Oversee day-to-day BAU operations of the CFMS, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users on CRM-related issues, service requests, and enhancements
• Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of system issues in collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and Government Technology Agency
• Knowledge of CRM configurations (e.g., workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards) within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Oversee system configuration, release management, and change control for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper usage across the system
• Recommend continuous improvements
• Enforce governance and compliance with relevant policies
• Ensure adherence to data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act
• Support enhancements and releases, including requirement analysis, testing, and deployment coordination
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Drive data quality, reporting, and analytics to support policy-making and operational insights

Requirements

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills is preferred
• Ability to manage vendors and support service delivery in an SLA-driven environment is preferred
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
