As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure business processes are clearly documented, structured, and consistently maintained
• Identify gaps, missing records, or inconsistencies in documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required supporting evidence and information

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of a variety of forklift, reach truck, pallet truck, other material handling equipment, ensuring reliability and safety for our clients. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that Crown is known for.

Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting technical issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and executing repairs in a timely and efficient manner. • SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field SKM, etc.
• Proven experience as a forklift / service technician or mechanic in a similar industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
