The Hiring Growth Partner is Kyndryl's most senior talent acquisition business partner, serving as the dedicated TA advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders. This role owns the talent acquisition strategy for assigned accounts — spanning professional hire, early career, and executive recruiting — and ensures hiring is never a barrier to Kyndryl's ability to win, deliver, and grow.
The Hiring Growth Partner works collaboratively across the broader talent ecosystem — including HR Business Partners, Workforce Solutions, and Talent Management — bringing the TA perspective and insight that helps business leaders make informed, confident talent decisions. They connect the dots across TA activity, translate hiring progress into business language, and drive the hiring agenda for Kyndryl's most critical growth campaigns.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, TA – Global Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated TA strategic advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders — understanding their growth agenda, revenue targets, and customer commitments, and aligning TA strategy to deliver against them
Own TA strategy and hiring outcomes for assigned accounts — ensuring the right talent acquisition approach is in place across professional hire, early career, and executive recruiting
Lead TA strategy for high-priority growth campaigns — mainframe modernization, agentic AI, forward deployed engineering, and other critical hiring initiatives — treating each as a business growth enabler
Bring together TA activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress into a clear, business-facing view for pacesetter leaders — collaborating directly with HR Business Partners and Workforce Solutions to ensure a joined-up, consistent talent narrative for the business
Partner closely with HR Business Partners aligned to assigned accounts — ensuring TA strategy, hiring priorities, and talent insights are fully aligned to the broader HR agenda and business partnership model
Get ahead of talent demand — anticipating TA needs before they are formally raised, identifying pipeline risks early, and working across the delivery model to resolve challenges before they impact the business
Partner with the Delivery & Execution team to ensure RSR and TA delivery resources are aligned to pacesetter priorities and moving with urgency against hiring plans
Leverage market intelligence and talent insights — in partnership with RSR — to sharpen TA strategy and advise business leaders on talent availability, competitive positioning, and hiring approach
Surface TA risks, roadblocks, and challenges across assigned accounts — driving resolution and keeping pacesetter leaders informed with accurate, timely updates
Collaborate with peer Hiring Growth Partners to share campaign learnings, market insights, and best practices across the model

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:
12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles within large, complex global organizations
Business-level Japanese language proficiency required to support direct communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Proven experience as a senior TA advisor to executive-level business leaders — able to influence, challenge, and partner with confidence
Deep understanding of the full TA continuum — early career, professional hire, and executive recruiting
Experience leading large-scale hiring campaigns tied to business growth initiatives, with the ability to connect hiring urgency to customer delivery and revenue timelines
Strong commercial acumen — able to speak the language of revenue, customer delivery, and workforce growth in a way that resonates with senior business leaders
Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Workforce Solutions, and Talent Management to deliver a joined-up talent narrative without overstepping functional boundaries
Exceptional communication skills — able to translate TA data and activity into clear, compelling business narratives that drive decisions
Experience working with RPO delivery models and leveraging market intelligence to inform hiring strategy
Comfortable operating with ambiguity, driving outcomes without direct authority, and managing multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously
