Job Scope:

1. Commercial Strategy & Quoting (Spares & Ad-hoc)

• Strategic Quoting:  Analyze customer RFQs to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with current 2026 market pricing and Sales Processes.
• Technical Validation:  Review technical specifications in RFQs to ensure spare part compatibility and suggest alternative/upgraded components for obsolete items.
• Lead Management:  Monitor the sales pipeline to follow up on outstanding quotations, converting reactive quotes into active orders through proactive customer engagement.

2. Customer Relationship & Experience Management

• Account Health Monitoring: Serve as the primary internal touchpoint for key accounts, conducting proactive calls to identify upcoming maintenance needs or spare part requirements.
• Resolution Ownership:  Act as the "Voice of the Customer" internally to resolve bottlenecks in the quoting 

3. Order Execution & Supply Chain Coordination

• End to End Order to Cash Order Processing and Follow Up

The selected individual is required to:

•    Perform laboratory and field experiments on circular resilient airport asphalt pavements as core focus.

Job Description:

Dealer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers and distributors. Understand their needs, preferences and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Sales and Order Processing: Conduct sales activities, including product presentations, negotiations and closing deals. Prepare and issue sales invoices to dealers accurately and in a timely manner. Collect payments from dealers and ensure proper documentation.

Sales Training and Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive sales training to dealers and their teams, enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills. Stay updated on product features, benefits and industry trends.

Installation Coordination: Collaborate with installers to schedule and coordinate product installations for dealers/customers. Ensure installations are carried out efficiently and to the satisfaction of dealers and customers.

Servicing and Support: Receive and process servicing requests from dealers, addressing technical issues or product concerns promptly. Liaise with the service department to ensure timely resolution.

Urgent Delivery Management: Assist in managing urgent product deliveries to dealers in cases of manpower shortages or time-sensitive orders. Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition and opportunities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, dealer feedback and market insights.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics tailored to dealer channels. Participate in strategic planning sessions to achieve sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns and requests from dealers.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing team to generate marketing materials, advertisements, promotions and ideas that effectively support sales efforts and drive business growth.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, contracts, agreements, invoices and delivery orders. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Requirements:

Sales experience preferred, training will be provided
Travelling around Singapore to liaise with dealers, resellers and distributors (Singapore Class 3 Driving License required - Company vehicle provided)
