The opening is a full time permanent position at junior executive level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.

Mengenai syarikat pengambilan pekerja
Syarikat ini merupakan kumpulan runcit terkemuka di Malaysia dalam peruncit fesyen mewah dan gaya hidup antarabangsa. Dengan lebih 100 label di bawah portfolionya, mereka merupakan salah satu jenama paling dikenali di Malaysia.
Pada masa ini, mereka sedang merekrut calon perakaunan junior untuk menyertai pasukan kewangan mereka yang berpangkalan di ibu pejabat korporat mereka di Lake Fields, berhampiran The Mines di kawasan Sungei Besi/Seri Kembangan.
Syarikat ini beroperasi 5 hari seminggu, dari 9.30 pagi hingga 6.30 petang, Isnin-Jumaat.
Mengenai pekerjaan itu
Kekosongan jawatan ini adalah jawatan tetap sepenuh masa di peringkat eksekutif junior. Melapor kepada Eksekutif Akaun Kanan dan/atau Pengurus Kewangan, peranan ini akan bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan penyelarasan dan akaun belum terima.
Tujuan utama jawatan ini adalah untuk memberi bantuan dan sokongan kepada Pengurus Kewangan dalam aspek berkaitan AR dan AP bagi fungsi perakaunan seperti penyelenggaraan lejar pembelian dan jualan, pemprosesan invois, penyelarasan pembekal, penyelarasan bank, pengurusan inventori dan penetapan harga. Sebahagian daripada peranan dan tugas akan melaksanakan pengeposan maklumat perakaunan dalam sistem perakaunan.
Mengenai Calon
Calon untuk jawatan junior ini mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan Sijil atau Diploma dalam Perakaunan/Penyimpanan Kira-kira. Calon hendaklah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya satu atau dua tahun pengalaman perakaunan yang ideal dalam industri runcit. Dalam kes ini, graduan baru dengan Ijazah Sarjana Muda akan dipertimbangkan. Kemahiran Excel dan Matematik yang kukuh adalah penting untuk berjaya dalam peranan ini.
Ini merupakan peluang terbaik untuk calon perakaunan menimba pengalaman dan mengukuhkan diri dalam perniagaan runcit fesyen tinggi yang terkenal. Untuk dipertimbangkan bagi jawatan ini, calon mestilah mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris lisan dan bertulis serta fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Cina/Mandarin.
Berpangkalan di Lake Fields berhampiran The Mines di kawasan Sungei Besi, calon yang ingin memohon jawatan tersebut hendaklah memastikan bahawa mereka mendapati ia sesuai untuk ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut.

Develop and oversee control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Draft, modify and implement company policies.
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as compliance manager.
In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
Good knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
An analytical mind able to ‘see’ the complexities of procedures and regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law, finance, business administration or related field.
