主要職責

採購訂單（PO）：

• 協助向分包商和供應商發出所有所需材料和服務的採購訂單。
• 確保按照已批准的採購申請單（PR）採購貨物。
• 每日更新和維護採購訂單主清單。

供應商管理：

• 與供應商協商價格和條款，以達成最佳交易。
• 協助取得報價、比較價格，並確保成本效益。
• 建立並維護最新的供應商聯絡人名單。

訂單和配送監控：

• 追蹤訂單狀態和交貨時間表，以確保及時收到材料和服務。
• 跟進供應商待出貨事宜，並解決差異。

文件和記錄：

• 協助維護採購商品、送貨詳情和發票的準確記錄。
• 確保採購文件以電子版和紙本版兩種形式妥善歸檔。

行政支援：

• 協助處理辦公室日常維護和行政事務。
• 前台不方便時接聽電話及接收郵件。
• 接收文件並簽收快遞。

團隊協作：

• 與採購團隊密切合作，確保工作流程順暢，並了解採購流程。
• 根據需要為團隊成員提供臨時支援。
• 執行上級不時指派的其他相關任務。

資格與技能

• 工商管理、供應鏈或相關領域的文憑/學位。
• 較強的談判和溝通能力。
• 注重細節，具備良好的組織能力。
• 熟練微軟辦公室軟體（Excel、Word）和採購系統。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。

除了英語和馬來語外，還需具備閱讀、寫作、說普通話的能力，以便與供應商溝通並確保包容性。

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Bertanggungjawab untuk Reka Bentuk Kejuruteraan dengan menggunakan perisian AutoCAD.
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan kejuruteraan untuk memenuhi keperluan pelanggan.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk mengambil ukuran dalam keadaan tertentu.
• Berikan maklumat yang diperlukan kepada PE / PM / GM mengenai reka bentuk HVAC.
• Pastikan reka bentuk disediakan tepat pada masanya.
• Menjalankan analisis dan pengujian bagi memastikan reka bentuk memenuhi spesifikasi.
• Mengambil bahagian dalam semakan reka bentuk dan menyediakan sokongan teknikal mengikut keperluan.
• Menjalankan sebarang kerja berkaitan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk bekerjasama dengan PE/PM dalam penyediaan penyerahan tender yang lengkap.
• Pastikan penyerahan tender lengkap tepat pada masanya.
• Jawatan ini akan ditempatkan terutamanya di pejabat dan mungkin perlu pergi ke lokasi di bawah majlis-majlis khas.

Kemahiran dan Kelayakan yang Diperlukan:

• Mahir dalam perisian AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office.
• Diploma lepasan menengah dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal atau bidang berkaitan.
• Perhatian yang tinggi terhadap perincian dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah.
• Kebolehan komunikasi dan kerja berpasukan yang baik.
• Kemahiran membaca dan menulis bahasa Mandarin amat digalakkan dan akan dianggap sebagai kelebihan tambahan untuk jawatan ini.
