Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
Monitor accounts receivables collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and process payments including supplier invoices, staff claims, and statutory payments.
Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and supporting schedules.
Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities and ensure all journals and transactions are recorded correctly.
Preparation for annual & quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Handle SST submission and ensure compliance with SST and other statutory requirements.
Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and draft audited financial statements for external audit purposes.
Handle corporate income tax matters, including tax estimation, preparation and timely submission of tax filings.
Monitor the company’s fixed assets, update the fixed assets register and assets tagging by ensuring all fixed assets invoice copies are proper filing.

Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian perakaunan, peraturan cukai dan prosedur kewangan dalaman.
Tanggungjawab Utama:
Mengekalkan set akaun yang lengkap, termasuk Akaun Belum Bayar (AP), Akaun Belum Terima (AR), dan Lejar Am (GL).
Mengekalkan dokumentasi dan pemfailan semua rekod perakaunan yang betul.
Memantau kutipan akaun belum terima dan menindaklanjuti pembayaran tertunggak.
Menyediakan dan memproses pembayaran termasuk invois pembekal, tuntutan kakitangan dan pembayaran berkanun.
Menyediakan dan menjana laporan kewangan mingguan, bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan serta jadual sokongan.
Melaksanakan aktiviti penutupan akhir bulan, akhir suku tahun dan akhir tahun serta memastikan semua jurnal dan transaksi direkodkan dengan betul.
Persediaan untuk belanjawan tahunan & suku tahunan, ramalan dan analisis varians.
Mengendalikan penyerahan SST dan memastikan pematuhan dengan SST dan keperluan berkanun yang lain.
Penyediaan jadual audit, dokumen sokongan dan draf penyata kewangan yang telah diaudit untuk tujuan audit luaran.
Mengendalikan hal ehwal cukai pendapatan korporat, termasuk anggaran cukai, penyediaan dan penyerahan pemfailan cukai tepat pada masanya.
Pantau aset tetap syarikat, kemas kini daftar aset tetap dan penandaan aset dengan memastikan semua salinan invois aset tetap difailkan dengan betul.
Berhubung dengan juruaudit, ejen cukai dan pihak luar yang lain apabila diperlukan.
Menjalankan sebarang tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang diberikan apabila diperlukan.
