• 重大故障支援與審查 – 在 1 小時內回應嚴重程度 1/2 的事件，將案例記錄到華為 TAC，主導故障排除，並進行事後故障審查。
• 營運分析 – 提供涵蓋雲端資源容量、平台運作狀況、警報分析和最佳化建議的月度報告。
• 風險檢查 – 每季度執行深入的健康檢查（運行時狀態、容量、配置、警告、版本和許可證管理），並提供糾正指導。
• 基礎及進階雲端服務版本升級 – 主導雲端平台和 gPaaS/AI DaaS 服務的升級方案設計、升級前檢查、實施、驗證和回溯。
• 問題與風險管理 – 分析問題趨勢，追蹤未解決的升級問題，並主動識別並緩解平台穩定性風險。
• 資源與能力管理－分析資源使用情況，並提供規模化或重建建議。
• 變更實施 – 實施配置變更（包括根據需要提供每週最多 8 小時的非工作時間支援），獲得客戶授權，並在需要時執行回溯。
• 緊急復原和故障排除 – 協助 TAC 進行緊急故障復原、常見問題解決和快速服務復原。
• 例行產品故障偵測與監控 – 執行例行產品檢查，透過 ManageOne/eSight 監控警報，並確保平台運作狀況良好

職位要求：

• 電腦科學工程或相關專業的學士/碩士學位，擁有 3 年以上的維運經驗，包括雲端平台（公有雲/私有雲）或一般 IT（網路、作業系統、資料庫、中介軟體、基本 IT 元件）的實際操作經驗。
• 熟悉 HCS 部署、租戶維運流程（備份管理、資源檢查、需求管理、風險管理、資產管理、費用分析、監控和警報）。
• 具備紮實的資料通訊原理基礎知識；熟悉 TCP/IP、標準 IP 網路和混合雲網路；能夠獨立解決基本的資料通訊問題；精通實體網路技術和架構。
• 具備強大的能力，能夠辨識和界定雲端問題，主導問題解決，並推動後端改善。
• 優秀的客戶服務意識和溝通技巧；能夠與跨國團隊合作
• 注重細節和強大的執行能力

優先資質：

• 具備維護或優化大型資料中心網路服務的經驗。
• 具備SDN部署和維護經驗。
• 熟悉混沌工程、故障演練、壓力測試和架構最佳化。
• 具備跨國團隊管理經驗（至少 2 年）。

Job Description

-Create demand and drive sales growth both for existing and new clients

-Execute marketing analysis, develop marketing plan, conduct business hunting activities to expand the market presence and sales revenue

-Coordinate delivery support, forecast management, and inventory/stock management to ensure smooth supply operations, in collaboration with sales coordination team

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

-Prepare and provide sales/business/market reports to suppliers and clients regularly

■MUST TO HAVE:

-Minimum 5 years’ BD and Account Management experience in Semiconductor-related industry

-Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related engineering field

-Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer communication skills.

-Proficiency in English and Chinese

-Strong attention to details such as sales report, sales data, budget/cost management

-Availability to travel to Singapore and other ASEAN countries, once every month on average
