We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Technical Project Manager to support the design and execution of cloud adoption initiatives across all 10+ APAC countries.

This role requires someone who can translate strategic cloud direction from global headquarters into practical, scalable, and cost-conscious implementation plans for the region. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth (Infrastructure), structured problem-solving, strong communication skills, and executive-level presentation capability.

The person will work closely with regional leadership, country teams, architecture teams, infrastructure/platform teams, and global stakeholders to shape actionable cloud adoption roadmaps using existing technology refresh investment wherever possible.

⇒ Main Responsibilities

Cloud Strategy Translation & Solution Structuring

• Understand cloud strategy, architectural direction, and transformation priorities coming from global headquarters.
• Translate central strategy into pragmatic regional implementation models suitable for APAC environments.
• Assess existing infrastructure, application landscapes, platform capabilities, and country constraints to identify practical adoption opportunities.
• Help define cloud adoption building blocks, target-state patterns, and reusable implementation approaches across countries.
• DevSecOps Practices: Partner with CIO DevSecOps expert to track DORA metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Budget-Conscious Transformation Planning

• Work closely with regional teams to align cloud adoption plans with existing technology refresh budgets or to highlight budget requirements with relevant ROI.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform financial analysis, track budget, model investment scenarios and support cost-conscious decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage planned refresh cycles to accelerate cloud modernization without creating unnecessary incremental spending.
• Build logical, financially aware implementation proposals that maximize value across the 10+ country portfolio.

Technical Project Delivery

• Structure and coordinate cloud adoption workstreams across multiple countries.
• Drive planning, dependencies, risk tracking, governance, and execution follow-through.
• Work with infrastructure, platform, DevSecOps, architecture, and country teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

• Prepare clear, structured, and high-quality presentations for senior management, steering committees,and regional governance forums.
• Support leadership in framing cloud adoption proposals, investment narratives, and execution progress updates.
• Participate in meetings with senior stakeholders and represent the project in a confident and professional manner.

⇒ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication with 8-12 years of experience with over 5 years in Technical Project Delivery and direct exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure platform engineering, automation and/or DevSecOps environments.
• Strong experience in technical project/program management within infrastructure, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture environments.
• Good understanding of cloud adoption, cloud migration patterns, infrastructure modernization, automation, DevSecOps, and platform engineering concepts.

Position Summary

The Vessel Managers are the ‘front line’ operators heading their ship management teams. Vessel Managers are fully supported in their role by Marine & Technical Services, HSEQ, Marine Assurance, Marine HR, and Financial Analysts.

The Vessel Managers will have full responsibility and accountability for the success of the operations and people on board their vessels. The measure of our success will be achieving all KPIs on a consistent basis, meeting the business unit expectations, and upholding the company brand.

Major Responsibilities

·       Treat health, safety, and environment as top priority.

·       Ensure vessels are operated in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with class, statutory and company requirements.

·       Drive vetting performance onboard assigned vessels. Work with Marine Assurance and senior ship staff to ensure vessels are always prepared and ready for vetting inspections. Ensure timely and accurate closure of any vetting findings thus maintaining vessel vetting status.

·       Working with ship staff, Fleet Support Officers,, and Financial Analysts to ensure that all legislative requirements and yearly maintenance are captured in the budget process, such that all budgetary timelines are met for both internal stakeholders and external customers, where applicable attend annual OPEX Budget meetings with customers.

·       Where appropriate and in accordance with individual customer requirements and at the direction of the Fleet Manager, represent the company at required annual performance meetings, customer interface meetings, JV partnership meetings and industry specific project forums.

• Lead the setup, validation, and optimisation of testing workflows, equipment configurations, and operational processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and engineering standards to ensure process consistency and compliance.
• Manage the full equipment lifecycle, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacement planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues, serving as the key escalation point for operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new line setups, process transfers, and engineering change implementations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new equipment, technologies, and operational processes.
• Deliver technical training and coaching to operations teams to strengthen equipment knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Monitor engineering performance metrics and recommend solutions to improve process capability and equipment uptime.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics, automation, or a high-volume operational environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in equipment implementation, process setup, commissioning, and optimisation.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via the portal or email.
• Download, update, and track customer product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, specifications, and revisions.
• Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and tender documents during the request-for-quotation (RFQ) stage.
• Verify compliance with specifications before submitting proposals to customers.
• Calculate costs for materials, machining, cladding, and other related expenses for quotes.
• Ensure quotes are competitive and maintain a healthy profit margin.
• Follow up on proposals to secure orders from clients.
• Create and distribute a Sales Order Job Launch upon receiving purchase orders.
• Manage active sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to compile and submit necessary documentation (e.g., pre-production, final product, concessions/non-conformances).
• Maintain positive communication with customers regularly.
