We're hiring a Senior Technical Operations Associate to own the layer of operations that requires technical literacy: procurement of engineering components and lab equipment, technical vendor relationships, engineering inventory, and the systems and tools that keep our operational infrastructure running.

You'll work alongside our existing team which owns generalist ops, logistics, and deployment coordination. Your lane is the technical one. Engineers will come to you with procurement needs, and you'll come back with sharper market intelligence than they had when they asked—alternative suppliers, equivalent components at better value, lead time trade-offs, vendors worth trusting. What You Will Do

Own technical procurement end-to-end. You'll handle procurement of engineering components, lab equipment, and technical consumables—from evaluating purchase requests to coordinating with engineering leads on BOM requirements. The expectation is bringing procurement intelligence that engineers don't have time to build themselves.

Manage the vendors that matter most. You'll own the Approved Vendor List for technical and engineering suppliers and develop relationships with specialized hardware vendors, component suppliers, and calibration and testing service providers. Credibility is the currency here—engineers need to trust your recommendations, and vendors need to take you seriously.

Keep engineering inventory ahead of demand. You'll own tracking of engineering equipment, components, and technical assets, and maintain inventory systems that are accurate, queryable, and genuinely useful.

About the Role

GenInnov is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Business Development & Investor Relations Analyst to support the firm’s growth in full compliance with applicable MAS regulations. This role spans investor engagement through licensed and permissible channels, distributor relationship management, pre-onboarding due diligence, KYC/AML checks, and maintenance of the systems and platforms used to communicate with investors. The candidate will represent GenInnov professionally across all touchpoints, with a strong eye for visual quality in all investor-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Investor Engagement

•     Build and manage relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and institutional counterparts through permissible channels, licensed intermediaries, and referral networks in full compliance with MAS regulations

•     Represent GenInnov at industry events and introductory meetings; maintain a structured investor pipeline using CRM tools with regular reporting to senior management

•     Maintain proactive communication with existing investors, coordinating timely distribution of fund updates, performance reports, and investor correspondence

Company & Fund Materials

•     Prepare visually polished presentations, company profiles, fund fact sheets, and briefing documents on GenInnov’s investment philosophy, fund strategies, and performance for use in appropriate meetings

•     Ensure all investor-facing materials are compliance-approved before use; respond to due diligence questionnaires from investors and distributors

Distributor Relationship Management

•     Act as primary liaison with licensed distributors promoting or distributing GenInnov’s funds; equip them with accurate, up-to-date materials and ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards

•     Monitor distributor performance and engagement; evaluate new distribution partnerships in line with regulatory requirements and strategic objectives

Investor Pre-Checks, KYC/AML & Onboarding

•     Conduct pre-onboarding checks including accreditation verification and suitability assessment; collect and process KYC/AML documentation per MAS requirements

•     Liaise with compliance and legal to ensure documentation is complete before account activation; maintain accurate investor records and flag compliance gaps promptly

Systems, Website & Communications

•     Operate internal onboarding and CRM systems; manage external communication platforms to ensure investor correspondence is consistent, compliant, and professionally presented

•     Work with the technology team to maintain and update the company website and internal systems used for external communications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliability at all times

Qualifications & Experience

•     Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are strongly preferred

•     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA, CAIA, or CMAS designation is an advantage

•     5to 7 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or fund distribution within asset management, wealth management, or financial services

•     Proven experience working with licensed distributors; strong knowledge of MAS regulations governing fund solicitation, distribution, and investor communications

•     Hands-on KYC/AML experience in a regulated financial services environment; familiarity with onboarding systems and CRM platforms

•     Polished personal presentation; strong aesthetic sensibility with ability to produce visually compelling, on-brand investor materials

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good understanding of public listed equity markets and fund structures

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is an advantage; an existing investor or distributor network in Singapore or Asia-Pacific is a plus

• Procure goods and services (from local and overseas sources) in compliance with Hamilton Sundstrand Pacific Aerospace Pte Ltd (the Company's) Supply Chain Procurement procedures, Ethics, Global Trade, and EH&S requirements to support operations and business needs.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with RTX Code of Ethics, Global Trade, and EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety) policies, its supplements and governing policies, and compliance to legal, corporate, and country requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of all regulated trainings in ethics, compliance and EH&S.
• Maintain an awareness of advances in technology or innovations to facilitate improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain practices.

Specifics

• Work with requestors/users to establish scope of works/services, and/or product specifications, to facilitate the process of soliciting quotations, request for price proposals, competitive bidding, as per Procurement procedures.
• Establish baseline prices, price evaluation, negotiations of prices and commercial terms and conditions based on the total cost of ownership consideration; within established limits of authority, in the Company's best interest.
• Provide routine purchasing support to functional stakeholders for the purchase of (but not limited to) goods, services, capital equipment and machinery, machining or special process services.
• Insure timely processing of purchase requisitions, order releases, and/or confirmation of purchase and/or service agreements.
• Delivery assurance and follow-up to insure goods are delivered, and/or services are completed in accordance with committed fulfillment dates.
• Coordinate the resolution of non-conforming goods, and/or services, and delivery recovery planning.
• Perform periodic vendor visits (where necessary) to assess adequacy of vendors' operations, capabilities and capacity to support the Company's requirements.
• Work in cross functional teams in work transfer assessment, vendor qualification and selection for operations offload of machining or special processes.
• Facilitates the disposal of company properties and/or scrap material as per disposal procedures.
• Facilitates internal and external audits.

Vendor Account

• Perform vendor screening as per global trade policy; prior to any engagements with any vendor or adding the vendor to the vendor master file.
• Vendor account creation, vendor account amendments, and vendor credit terms application.
• Identify inactive vendor accounts, and/or opportunities for consolidation of services or product purchases; to reduce the vendor base.
• Work with related functional stakeholders (requestors, Logistics and Accounts Payables) in the disposition and resolution of payables to vendors / suppliers.

Innovations

• Apply and utilize CORE (continuous improvement) tools in facilitating and supporting organizational innovations. Identify opportunities in process improvements and reduce non-value-add activities or processes on a continuing basis.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities in cost reduction activities and initiatives, either within the purchasing group or working with functional stakeholders or vendors.

Reports and Documentation

• Publish standard reports as may be established and assigned from time-to-time to the intranet dashboards, preparing and submitting reports for management reporting; not limiting to vendor performance metrics, and commodity program metrics.
• Ensure proper retention and document archive (manual or electronic), including but not limited to purchase orders, vendor quotations, order acknowledgements, correspondence, or documents to be retained as required of related functional procedures; and/or for the purpose of reference, evidence, audit and compliance requirements.

Vendor Accreditation

• Facilitate EH&S training for vendors, maintaining and updating the Accredited vendor list, database of records and licenses as required of accredited vendors.
