Requirements

· Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in EEE, Communications, Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics or equivalent.

· Min 2 years of project coordination experience

· Min 2 years of experience in coordinating and support IT business processes

· Knowledge in Java.Net and/or mobile development skills advantageous

· Basic knowledge MS-SQL Database administration including data backup, recovery, security and integrity.

· Familiar with Linux and Windows server environment.

· Experience/Knowledge on other database engines (ie. MySQL) will be advantageous

· Knowledge on Web or mobile application development and architecture will be advantageous.

 Perform Systems Administration

• Maintain Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

• With networking, system and security certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Microsoft certified Azure Solutions Architect and/or Windows Server Administrator, CISSP, CISM and CompTIA Security.

• At least 5 years of experience providing systems, network and cybersecurity operational support.

• Must have hands-on experience with servers, network and security devices, firewall, switches, routers, load balancers and wireless solutions.

Job Summary

This role ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance by maintaining and improving the QMS, managing audits, training staff, analysing quality data, and addressing nonconformities. It includes overseeing KPIs, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across departments to adapt the QMS to business needs and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certification by ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, corporate requirements, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Develop, review, update, and continuously improve QMS documents to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements, best practices, and group-wide standardization across sister yards.
3. Manage the nonconformity reporting process, ensuring root cause analysis is conducted, corrective actions are implemented effectively, and closure is achieved within the defined timeframe.
4. Conduct QMS induction briefings for new employees and deliver quality-related training programs to enhance employee awareness, competency, and compliance with QMS requirements.
5. Prepare Management Review presentation materials, perform data analysis on quality performance indicators, and prepare meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure with clear accountability.
6. Prepare and analyse monthly QS reports, identify key quality trends and recurring issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
7. Manage departmental KPI reporting, verify performance data accuracy, analyse trends, and follow up with departments to ensure performance targets are achieved and improvement actions are implemented.
8. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) results, analyse feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Oversee in-house calibration records and ensure measuring and test equipment (e.g., micrometres, pressure gauges) are properly calibrated, maintained, and compliant with calibration schedules and requirements.
10. Conduct subcontractor and supplier qualification audits, evaluate performance, and monitor ongoing compliance with quality requirements.
11. Collaborate with departments to identify, review, and update risks, opportunities, and interested party requirements to ensure the QMS remains effective and aligned with business objectives.
12. Actively participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives, quality improvement projects, and operational excellence programs.
13. Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior.

Job Summary

Mid-Level Embedded Systems Engineer . In this hands-on role, you will design and develop microcontroller-based electronic systems, from writing firmware to creating simple custom PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug firmware in C/Assembly for 8051, Arduino, and STM32 microcontrollers.

• Design simple, reliable application PCBs for microcontroller-based systems.

• Perform schematic entry, component selection, PCB layout, and basic design verification.

• Test and validate hardware + firmware integration.

• Support prototyping, troubleshooting, and minor design iterations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development, specifically with microcontroller-based projects.

• Strong proficiency in Embedded C (and basic Assembly where needed).

• Proven experience programming the following microcontrollers:

  • 8051 family (Keil μVision IDE preferred)

  • Arduino/AVR platform

  • STM32 (STM32CubeIDE, HAL/LL drivers, or STM32CubeMX)

• Experience designing simple application PCBs using common 8051-type or similar microcontrollers:

  • Schematic capture and PCB layout

  • Familiarity with at least one PCB design tool (KiCad, Eagle, Altium Designer, or EasyEDA)

  • Basic understanding of component selection, power supply design, and signal integrity for low-to-medium complexity boards

• Knowledge of common communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.) and peripheral interfacing.

• Ability to take a project from concept → schematic → PCB → firmware → testing/prototyping

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with soldering, prototyping, and board bring-up.
