As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be supporting in designing and developing software, tooling, automating test suites, workflow etc. to improve software development lifecycle. 

Responsibilities

· Coordinate in a scrum team setting with other agile developers

· Support in designing and developing software and tooling as part of workflow in continuous integration and continuous delivery

· Support in leading requirements definition, workload estimation, software design, development, testing and integration of software and tools

· Contribute and drive continuous product and development methodology improvements

· Contribute to the improvement of existing technology platform and development methodologies through prototyping

· Choose the technologies and methodology for the implementation of each components and interfaces in the software solution

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, or related fields. 

· At least 5 years of working experience in software design.

· Familiar with IT Service processes, guidelines and best practices

· Proficient in Groovy, Python, Bash Scripting

· Knowledge in C (C++ is considered a plus), Java, C#, Linux, Visual Basic

· Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns

· Experience with software system-level integration

· Familiar with Git/Mercurial, Nexus/Artifactory, Maven, Jira, Jenkins Architecture

· Experience in Product Lifecycle (design and documentation, development, validation refactoring, deployment and maintenance)

· Team player with good communications and collaborative skills

· Enjoy thinking out of the box and being creative

· It will be considered a plus if you possess several of the following knowledge:

o   Embedded software development

o   Software security and cryptography

o   Javacard

o   Testing methodologies

o   Continuous integration & delivery tool suites

o   Static Code Analysis tools

• Responsible for the project management and operation independently and effectively in cost control.
• Compile technical & commercial offers from customers’
• requirements for tender submission in close coordination with the service business unit.
• Submitting/presenting clarifications and pre-order negotiation (technical & commercial) with customers.
• Calculating the total cost of the project and establishing a tendering budget (time, resources, and expenses).
• Coordinate with all parties involved (internal & external) in the presentation of proposals.
• Perform a comprehensive risk analysis of the tender proposal, and prepare a technical & commercial proposal.
• Monitor all phases of the project through various reports and communicate with customers.
• Ensure commitments to customers are met, including on-time delivery performance and all necessary documentation from the customer.
• To liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.
• Ability to operate the AutoCAD System and Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Technical report writing skills must be good, including the ability to hand sketch details on mechanical parts.
• Creativity in providing solutions and the ability to seek information.
• Supervise skilled employees and liaise with external contractors to ensure jobs are done satisfactorily.
• Responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance and engineering solutions for equipment problems.
• Site supervision and monitoring work progress from commencement to handover of the project.
• Involved in technical feasibility studies leading up to commercially viable proposals in various industrial fields.
• Advise management on the project's progress.
