Job PurposeProvide compliance, regulatory and operational support across client/investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, regulatory reporting and service‑provider coordination to ensure robust compliance controls and efficient fund operations.

Key Responsibilities : Compliance / AML / KYC / Regulatory Support

• Act as point of contact between fund administrators and investors for new subscriptions into sub‑funds.
• Assist investor onboarding through administrator processes: coordinate subscription documentation, KYC materials and follow‑up queries.
• Coordinate with investors, administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure subscription and account onboarding tasks are completed timely.
• Liaise with technology vendors and reporting platforms on reporting access, SFTP setup, data feeds and data consolidation.
• Serve as central coordinator among management, clients, administrators, banks, brokers, custodians, auditors, compliance consultants and other service providers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in law, finance, business, risk/compliance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years’ experience in AML/KYC, compliance, regulatory reporting or fund operations.
• Practical experience with investor KYC, source of funds/wealth assessments, screening tools and regulatory filings (preferably Singapore/MAS experience).

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks, sanctions/PEP screening and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering.
• Possess at least 2 years in project management of instrumentation / fluid system.
• Ability to work well with people and be able to multi-task.
• Customer oriented with good communication skills and in fluency in English.

About the Role

Requirements

Currently, we are looking for Business Analyst which would be based in Singapore.

Job Description and Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree with working experience as Business Analyst with CALYPSO exposure (MUST HAVE)

·       Analyse complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed

·       Gathering business stakeholders, system, and functional requirements

·       Analyse and deliver the best solution for the business requirements

·       Enhancing & supporting front office risk systems using a range of tools

·       Reporting on the progress of the projects and performance to Management in Switzerland

·       Ensuring requirements, functional specifications, and unit testing requirements are well understood and participate in all aspects of analysis, design and implementation.

·       Formalize the functional specifications that will be sent to the development team

·       Ensure that business requirements respect the consistency of the ETRM

·       Propose an implementation schedule respecting the priorities

·       Being the interlocutor of the development teams

·       Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team

·       Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities

·       Promote new features and participate in change management

·       Design and execute functional testings,non-regression testings and “user acceptance testings” (UAT)

·       Ensure compliance of the delivered software with the functional specifications and respect the expected level of quality

·       Design test scenarios that will be executed by an automated testing tool
