Keperluan Kerja

Huraian Kerja

• Bertanggungjawab untuk menubuhkan dan membangunkan Jabatan Pengurusan Kualiti, termasuk menyediakan prosedur kawalan kualiti, piawaian pemeriksaan, sistem pengurusan dokumen dan menyelaras pengurusan pasukan.
• Menyelaras aktiviti pemeriksaan Kawalan Kualiti (QC) harian, termasuk pemeriksaan masuk, pemeriksaan dalam proses dan pemeriksaan akhir.
• Memastikan semua pemeriksaan dijalankan mengikut piawaian kualiti, prosedur dan spesifikasi teknikal syarikat.
• Pantau kualiti produk dan kenal pasti serta kawal kecacatan dengan segera.
• Menyiasat isu kualiti dan ketidakpatuhan.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan jabatan pengeluaran, kejuruteraan dan jabatan berkaitan lain untuk menganalisis dan mengenal pasti punca masalah.
• Melaksanakan Tindakan Pembetulan dan Pencegahan (CAPA) bagi mencegah berulangnya masalah.
• Memastikan rakaman dan pemfailan keputusan pemeriksaan, rekod ujian dan laporan kualiti yang betul.
• Mengekalkan dokumen dan rekod berkaitan kualiti mengikut prosedur syarikat dan keperluan audit.
• Menyediakan dan melaporkan data prestasi kualiti kepada pihak pengurusan secara berkala.
• Sentiasa mengenal pasti dan memacu peluang untuk penambahbaikan proses kualiti.
• Membantu dalam melaksanakan piawaian kualiti dan sistem proses baharu.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK) dan proses berkaitan yang berkesan.

Keperluan

• Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan, Pengurusan Kualiti, Pembuatan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam Kawalan Kualiti dalam industri pembuatan.
• Mahir dengan prosedur kawalan kualiti dan kaedah pemeriksaan.
• Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan analitikal yang kuat.
• Mahir dalam MS Office dan penyediaan serta pengurusan dokumentasi kualiti.
• Berorientasikan perincian dengan tumpuan yang tinggi terhadap kualiti.

1. Perform various types of testing including functional testing, API testing, and/or usability testing for assigned projects or products. 
2. Support and participate in performance testing and test automation testing activities. 
3. Perform testing activities, including test case design, test procedure preparation, test data creation, and test execution. 
4. Identify and document defects discovered during testing through Test Incident Reports 
5. Track and follow up on reported defects to ensure timely resolution, closure, or proper mitigation. 
6. Provide regular status updates and reports to the manager on testing progress, issues, risks, and overall quality status of assigned projects or products. 
7. Prepare and maintain testing deliverables in accordance with established standards, best practices, and audit or compliance requirements. 
8. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and improve overall product quality. 
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time. 

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field, and/or relevant professional certifications. 
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in software testing/ quality assurance or related field. 
3. Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and structured testing processes. 
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good presentation skills and a high level of written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
5. Basic understanding of programming languages, networking, or system infrastructure will be an added advantage.
