Job Description:

1. Billing

• Prepare and issue transport invoices accurately and on a timely basis
• Verify supporting documents (e.g. delivery orders, trip records, customer reports) prior to billing
• Ensure billing is in accordance with agreed rates and contractual terms

2. Customer Reporting & Reconciliation

• Verify report and liaise with customers to verify, reconcile, and validate billing data
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputes, or billing variances

3. Month-End Closing Support

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to transport billing
• Prepare and maintain transport accruals to ensure completeness of revenue and expenses
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period (minimize cross-month billing issues)

4. Data Accuracy & Control

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data in the system

5. Documentation & Audit Support

• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, reports, and reconciliation workings
• Support audit requests by providing relevant schedules and documents

6. Coordination & Communication

• Act as key liaison between customers and internal finance/accounts team
• Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, reports, and charges 

Seremban Vacancy:

• Able handle full set of trading accounts
• Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements
• Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts, bank reconciliation, accurate posting entries, fixed assets register
• Liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments
• Responsible in the timely preparation of full set of accounts, weekly, month-end, and financial year end closing with Note to Accounts and all related accounts schedules. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports.
• Handle finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and perform accounts reconciliations.
• Assisting with cash flow, payments, and bank-related matters
• Support audit and tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
• Experience in e-invoicing

1.  Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite

2.  Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward

3. Manage and respond to users on timely manner.

Education:

·       Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

·       At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in Level 2 production support field.

Essential:

·       You are experienced in Level 2 production support. If you are having development background would be added advantage.

·       You need to possess good analytical mind in production trouble-shooting and capable to work with Development/Level 3 support team and other stakeholders for interim solution, fixes delivery and continuous improvement for preventive measure.

·       Experience in incident and problem management life cycle to follow thru till proper closure of incident and problem tickets.

·       You are expected to be a fast learner to acquire assigned banking domain knowledge and to on-board new apps / modules / services / functions / enhancements from Development teams and ensure production stability would not cause by these changes.

·       Capable in preparing/maintaining KB/SOP/Runbook documentation for incident related issues and System Operations supported activities (eg. OS/DB patch, RDR, Cert/Key renewal, batch trending analysis, etc.)  

·       Committed to take on EOD / System Operation support roster to support EOD batch run and support upgrade/maintenance activities scheduled during wee-hours and weekend.

·       You must have work experience in AS400 and/or Open System platform; if you are in Banking / Financial industry previously, it would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1–2 years of IT Service Desk experience (3–5+ years for senior level consideration)
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, VPN technologies, browsers, and endpoint tools
• Basic understanding of Unix or Linux environments is advantageous
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platforms
• Solid understanding of incident and request management processes

Our client, a leading global financial markets and trading technology firm, is seeking a Trade Desk Associate to join its Singapore-based FX operations team.

This role supports a 24x5 low-latency electronic FX trading platform used by global banks, buy-side institutions, corporates, liquidity providers, and prime brokers. The successful candidate will provide real-time client support, monitor trading activity and platform performance, and troubleshoot trading, connectivity, and market data issues during the Asia trading session.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email during the Asia trading session.
• Provide real-time support across trading activity, platform connectivity, APIs, and market data.

• Use Linux and command-line tools to review logs, investigate incidents, and support issue resolution.
