Key Responsibilities

International Sourcing

• Develop and execute international sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Commercial team to support category growth, margin improvement and range objectives.

Demand & Supply Planning

• Develop and maintain accurate, data-driven demand forecasts and supply plans for all imported ranges, incorporating historical sales performance, promotional calendars, seasonal patterns, market intelligence and agreed category plans.
• Perform end-to-end order cycle management for inventory, including coordination with suppliers and distribution centres to ensure timely delivery of goods to island-wide stores.
• Translate category strategies, promotions and festive programmes into clear, executable supply and replenishment plans.
• Maintain close awareness of market and supply conditions (e.g. supply constraints, raw material shortages, production issues, geopolitical or logistics disruptions) that may impact product availability or lead times.
• Partner with overseas suppliers to validate production capacity, stock availability, lead times and shipment schedules, and proactively flag supply risks with recommended mitigation or alternative sourcing plans.
• Optimise inventory levels by balancing service level targets, shelf-life constraints, MOQs, lead times and working capital considerations, ensuring healthy inventory turns.
• Proactively monitor store-level on-shelf availability and identify root causes of out-of-stock (OOS) situations; develop and implement corrective actions to reduce OOS duration and recurrence.
• Actively manage inventory health, including excess, slow-moving and discontinued imported SKUs, and define exit strategies timely in collaboration with Commercial teams.

Import Operations & Compliance

• Own end-to-end import planning and execution, from purchase order placement through shipment coordination, customs clearance and delivery to distribution centres.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and distribution centres to plan, track and optimise shipment schedules, ensuring on-time arrival and efficient inbound handling.
• Track and manage all import shipments end-to-end, providing clear visibility on shipment status, delays, variances and exceptions, and proactively escalating issues with corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation, submission and maintenance of import licences, permits and regulatory documentation, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to internal governance standards.

As part of the accounting team, how would you like to support and drive key financial end to end processes and collaborate with partners across the APAC region?

​Core Responsibilities

• Integral driver of end-to-end accounting processes in the region, including driving the standardization of accounting processes

• Collaboration with various collaborator groups, including Global teams within the CFO Organisation, Regional business teams and external parties

• Perform review & consolidation of financial documents to support compliance requirements, board reporting and assist in the global consolidation reporting

• Facilitate key performance management meetings and drive improvements in indicators

• Drive year-end closing and audit process and communication across the region

• Collaborate with global counterparts to drive improvement in processes and lead the regional implementation of global projects (e.g. Blackline)

• As a GL Controller for legal entities, perform review of accounting analysis, to ensure reporting in high quality and according to timelines:

• Approve journals, ensuring consistency and completeness of all postings with accurate coding, classification and aligned with regional accounting principles

• Review the trial balance and general ledger entries for 2 to 3 APAC entities, ensuring alignment with accounting standards (local accounting standards, IFRS) and tax laws, as well as resolve sophisticated accounting issues and assist Finance Business partners in resolution of finance-related issues

• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including supporting explanations and ensure follow up on outstanding balances and taking corrective actions where needed.

• Perform variance analyses for movements on all accounts to keep financials free from probable errors and misstatements

• Own and regularly review documentation of accounting and finance procedures for updates

• Act as key contact for queries concerning accounting and other finance matters

• Maintain adherence to local statutory reporting rules, and lead communication with external and internal auditors

• Responsible for the completion and review of internal and external statutory reporting and audit requirements and ensure compliance with local accounting standards, global processes, and company policies.

• Collaborate with legal and tax teams to provide data and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Work closely with tax, transfer pricing, legal, AP, and treasury teams on various processes, including GST filings, transfer pricing adjustments, and legal compliance.

• Prepare, review and submit government reports, and ad-hoc financial information requests

• Proactively address ad-hoc requests and design solutions for issues related to accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Within BSO, the Accounting Services (GL) team is responsible for the maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of the consolidation reports and meeting the global tax and statutory compliance requirements. There is a strong focus on clear and accurate status reporting, maintaining a strong internal control framework, using technology and standard processes to meet our operational targets. • Significant experience of audit and/or financial controlling experience with proven track record and solid experience in accounting regulations, preferably in a global MNC environment.

Altuscloud is seeking a Data Center Sourcing Manager to support the sourcing and procurement of colocation capacity for our cloud infrastructure platform. This role will be responsible for identifying suitable data center partners, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, and supporting vendor selection and contract negotiations to secure reliable and cost-effective infrastructure capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Sourcing & Procurement

• Support the development and execution of data center sourcing strategies to meet business growth requirements.

• Experience evaluating or procuring data center capacity, including colocation space, power, cooling, and connectivity services.
