About the job

The candidate will be responsible to lead development of OpenWrt-based firmware for our next-generation wireless routers. You will be the technical authority across the OpenWrt stack—bootloaders, kernel, drivers, networking, security, and system services—while setting architecture direction, mentoring engineers, and delivering production-grade firmware at scale.

What You’ll Do

Architecture & Ownership

• Own the end-to-end OpenWrt platform: kernel, drivers, mac80211/cfg80211, hostapd/wpa_supplicant, UCI, init/system services, CI/CD, production and release tooling.

• Implement robust security baselines: secure boot, firmware signing, key storage, sandboxing, MAC hardening, and reproducible builds.

Networking & System

• Implement routing/firewall features (policy routing, VRF, VLANs, bridge/DSA, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, WireGuard/IPsec).
• Build observability/telemetry: structured logging, metrics, tracing, remote diagnostics, crash triage, and safe recovery.
• Own OTA update strategy: A/B updates, rollback, delta packages, device identity & provisioning, staged rollouts, and SBOM generation.

Quality & Delivery

• Establish CI/CD for OpenWrt (reproducible builds, artifact signing, incremental SDKs, containerized toolchains).
• Define test strategies: HIL rigs, RF test automation, throughput/latency/jitter benchmarks, roaming, soak tests, and regression suites.
• Drive regulatory & compliance readiness (FCC/CE/RED/DFS), EMI/RF validation workflows with the RF/HW teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor a team of firmware and networking engineers; set coding standards and review culture.
• Collaborate with RF, Hardware, Product, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure reliable factory provisioning, calibration, and field reliability.
• Engage with customers on critical escalations and guide field debug.
• Contribute to upstream where strategic and maintain internal forks responsibly.

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• 10+ years in embedded Linux, with 6+ years hands‑on OpenWrt (Buildroot-like build system, feeds, SDK, UCI, procd, ubus/ubox).
• Deep expertise in Linux networking (netfilter/nftables, qdisc/tc, DSA, bridging, VLAN, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, DNS).
• Strong background in 802.11 (mac80211/cfg80211, hostapd/wpa_supplicant) and Wi‑Fi feature development (roaming, mesh/802.11s, WPA2/3‑SAE).

What You’ll Work On in the First 6–12 Months

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (min. 5 years) in performance testing or engineering of enterprise software applications.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, including databases, networks, servers and cloud infrastructure.

• Good understanding of the software stack from the application down to the OS and CPU levels.

• Ability to assess performance testing requirements and prerequisites.

• Experience designing test plans that accurately simulate real-world usage patterns, including various types of performance testing such as load, stress, volume, endurance, spike, break point, and concurrent testing.

• Strong scripting abilities to build and automate performance tests.

• Experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs and database.

• Good understanding of industry-leading performance test tools such as JMeter and HP LoadRunner.

• Experience building performance benchmarks and workloads, performance analysis.

• Expertise in application performance monitoring and profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, and suggest optimizations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 SoftwareEngineer to design, develop, and maintain customised solutions within theDynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely withbusiness and Infocomm Technology stakeholders to translate requirements intotechnical solutions whilst ensuring system performance, security, andscalability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution for CRM module, including gathering requirements, designing and development, module configurations or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications and ensure all functionalities work effectively with all other integrated/interfaced applications.
• Responsible for development, deployment, testing and technical documentation for operations and support of the MD365, and related application integrations.

• Customization and Configuration:
• Utilize your expertise in SQL and .NET to customize MD365 forms, entities, fields, forms, view, workflows, and queries to meet business requirements.
• Implement plugins, custom workflows, and integration solutions to extend MD365 functionalities.
• Customize workflows to align with business processes.

• Integration:
• Develop integration solutions to connect MD365 with other business applications, leveraging SQL databases and .NET frameworks using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

• Technical Support and Maintenance:
• Provide technical support to post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of MD365 systems.

• Documentation:

·       Createcomprehensive documentation including system architecture, configurations, andcustomizations for reference.

·       SystemPerformance Improvements:

·       Conductproduct evaluations of upgrades to the MD365 system.

• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and deployment using modern development tools
• Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the MD365 platform.
• Analyze user support statistics and related data to recommend appropriate measures.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical working experience in cloud or web applications development
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL for data manipulation, querying, and reporting.
• Experience with .NET framework and development languages such as C# for customization and integration tasks.
• Strong DevOps background with hands-on experience in GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, X-Ray, security scanning tools, and automated testing frameworks  
• Has completed at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Possess Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (MB-500, MB-820) and in-depth understanding of MD365 concepts, modules, and functionalities.
• Familiarity with SHIP-HATS and AWS cloud services is advantageous
• Ability to work with functional teams

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Engineering /Science or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in QMS, Risk Management and design & development in medical industry
• Experience in ISO13485 /IEC62304 audit is required
