Job Responsibilities

You will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing both financial records and general office administration.

1. Finance & Accounting (Excel-Based / System Migration) 

• Maintain and manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) using MS Excel.
•  Prepare and process invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
•  Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
