• Manage escalations (NPI or customer-related) in after-sales
• Join customer quality calls and task force meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional quality circles, lead documentation, escalation and customer communication.
• Collaborate with product line and technical support to share field learnings and build preventive knowledge
• Own project documentation and communication (8D reports, action plans, follow-ups)
• Initiate and support product analysis; liaise closely with production facility
• Participate in customer audits and improvement programs
• Prepare after-sales data, monitor KPIs, and report results

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Machining or related field
• 3 years of relevant working experience and knowledge of project management / quality tools
• Strong understanding of reliability methods (DFMEA, SPC, 8Ds) and semiconductor manufacturing
• Experienced in quality methods, data analysis, and continuous improvement
• Able to drive improvements and navigate company structure with multiple interfaces
• Knowledge of product-related processes (design, engineering, SCM, production)
• Familiar with cleanroom protocols (Class 10/100) and semiconductor workflows
• Proficient in MS Office for analysis, reporting, and presentations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical engineering solutions in collaboration with a cross‑functional project team to meet project objectives and safety standards 
• Define new design requirements, functional specifications and test documentation
• Design electronic circuits and/or systems at the test‑concept or operational level 
• Perform root cause analysis at the system or PCB level under broad supervision; evaluate test results and prepare detailed reports and recommended corrective actions
• Conduct qualification activities for PCB designs and electronic components
• Support the setup, configuration, and operation of test environments in accordance with documented test plans
• Apply a strong understanding of downhole tool working principles to support tool development, testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation
• Ensure all documentation complies with Halliburton’s standard processes, quality systems, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating clear and professional communication to support innovative engineering solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Solid foundational knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit design, including the ability to interpret schematics and use standard laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, function generators, power supplies, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with fundamental electronic building blocks (e.g., DC-DC converters, operational amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, microcontrollers) is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of C/C++, VHDL/Verilog, MATLAB and/or LabView would be a plus
• Strong personal, professional, teamwork, and communication skills
