Job Summary

This role involves leveraging advanced data analysis, visualization, and engineering tools to develop data models, automate ETL processes, and deliver actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView/QlikSense to create interactive visualizations that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain SQL and Python scripts (using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Bokeh) to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and predictive analytics
• Design and implement data models using Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and DataLake architectures to optimize data storage and retrieval
• Manage and optimize databases on Azure SQL Database and SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance
• Build and automate ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Talend to streamline data transformation processes
• Utilize big data technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Apache Spark, and Databricks to process large-scale datasets efficiently
• Implement DevOps practices by managing Azure DevOps pipelines and using Git/GitHub for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
