Job Summary

Perform production scheduling and planning, assembly and production tasks following specifications and schedules. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide technical support across production, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and testing of fire-related products.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly and production tasks on schedule according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions
• Investigate technical problems and report findings to support effective troubleshooting
• Assist in resolving technical issues to maintain production quality and efficiency
• Provide technical support during production, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and testing of fire-related products and equipment
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality

Key Responsibilities

1)Improving production processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

2)Understanding sheet metal properties, selecting appropriate materials, and overseeing fabrication techniques like bending, folding, and welding.

3)Providing engineering support for production processes, assisting with shop drawings, and creating fabrication lists.

4)Supports production by maintaining tooling, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with fabrication processes.

Job Requirement:-

· Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechatronics or equivalent with relevant

Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per project specification and issued for construction drawing final approved drawing from authorities.

BOQ preparation of civil works. ▪ Proper management of materials and workmanship of work.

Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

Inspection and testing materials perior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant

Bachelor degree in Engineering from recognised University

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Integration & Automation

·        Assist in integrating Engineering and Manufacturing systems to enable end-to-end traceability (BOM, BOR, process mapping).

·        Support monitoring of live or near real-time production and engineering system status.

·        Assist senior engineers with PMS, ERP, and automation system interfacing.

2. Project Management System Support

·        Support configuration and daily operation of Project Management systems.

·        Assist in user training, documentation, and first-line system support.

3. Engineering Data & Workflow Digitalization

·        Assist in automating paper-based and Excel-based engineering templates.

·        Support conversion into digital workflows, applications, or databases.

·        Use AI/LLM tools to assist in coding, debugging, scripting, and documentation.

·        Support system enhancements under guidance from senior engineers or IT.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering.

·        2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support, automation, or systems integration roles.

·        Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong interest in manufacturing systems are welcome.

·        Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOM, BOR, and process mapping.

·        Basic knowledge of Python or strong willingness to learn scripting for automation.
