Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Certifications (Advantageous)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio, OmniScripts, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git), and version control systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Perform manual test cases for web, ensuring functionality and usability meet the business requirements.

We also developed our own Axiom AI Voice agents for AI Receptions, AI Call Centers, AI reminder and AI Elderly call solutions. As part of our growth plan to build Agentic AI solutions, we are looking for AI Engineers to work on expanding our business. Your primary role is to develop new features and maintain existing features in our AI Voice Agents, help customer in the design of AI agents and implementation of AI workflow and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio or other similar software. In this role, you will be reporting to the development manager.

Responsibilities:

·       Gather customers requirements on AI agents and automation.

·       Understand customer existing process and convert into AI processes and workflow.

·       Work with customers on design and process flow.

·       Build prototype, new features and models to show to customers

·       Implement production Agentic AI solution for customers.

·       Work with internal R&D team on the development and creation of new solution integrating our AI Voice Agents with AI Task Oriented Agents.

·       Support sales team in customer meetings and presentations.

·       Create proposals and recommendations to customers

·       Provide post implementation support to customers on our AI solutions.

Pre-requisite :

·       Experience AI projects development will be advantages.

·       Software development background will be advantageous.

·       Friendly with good communication and negotiation skills.

·       Logical thinking and executions.

·       Experience in customer process automation/work flow projects.

·       Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Solutions.

·       Positive thinking, energetic, and ability to work as a team.

·       Ability to multi-task is mandatory.

• As a team member, you will be assigned various modules and features for maintenance and re-development as the team work to transit from its legacy HR system into a newer tech architecture.

• You will be required to apply your knowledge in backend development to create and maintain RESTful APIs via C# running on .NET Core.

• You will be required to work extensively with MS SQL Server using Entity Framework ORM.

• You will own the modules assigned to you and be responsible for support issues as well as enhancements to features.

• You will be given opportunities to interact and liaise with internal & external users as well as provide presentations (of new features/enhancements) & conduct trainings sessions.
  

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years .NET C# development experience, majoring in Web technologies

• Experience with development of REST APIs a must

• Entity Framework and/or OR Mapping Framework experience

• Angular/VueJS/React development experience via TypeScript a plus

• Proficiency in English

• Able to work independently and in a team environment
