• Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
• Able to communicate well with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails
• Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment
• Data entry

You will engage new and existing clients to grow the customer base, deliver excellent customer service to maintain the brand’s reputation, and manage customer bookings to ensure satisfaction.

• Identify and connect with new clients to expand the customer base through targeted marketing activities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing consistent communication and support
• Deliver high-quality customer service to uphold and enhance the brand image
• Manage customer bookings accurately and confirm details to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
