• Provide operational support to Sales and Trading teams in servicing client needs.
• Follow up on unsettled trades with clients and relevant traders to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor client balances and proactively follow up on outstanding payment instructions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of MonFX Pay operations.
• Deliver a high standard of client service and communication to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client enquiries promptly, identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Escalate system issues and propose solutions to the Operations Manager where necessary.
• Assist with client investigations and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

3. Client Onboarding

• Manage the L1 onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Dealing, Financial Crime, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
• Guide clients through onboarding requirements, including documentation, training etc
• Monitor onboarding pipeline progress and proactively address bottlenecks or delays
• Oversee the integration of client accounts into internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with AML/KYC standards

4. Compliance & Due Diligence

• Ensure corporate clients meet all KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in line with company policies and applicable regulations
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD),Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and periodic reviews for new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Partner with Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (including AML, KYC, MiFID II, and local regulations)
• Stay informed on regulatory updates, market developments, and financial crime prevention practices
• Support compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and reporting where required
• Undertake first-line defence responsibilities with diligence and integrity
• Identify and manage conflicts of interest in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
• Adhere to internal policies ,including complaints handling and escalation procedures

5. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth transition during the onboarding process
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement
• Serve as the client’s advocate within the organisation to resolve issues and identify opportunities for value-added services
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding account status, onboarding progress, and regulatory requirements
• Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a high level of service and support throughout the lifecycle
• Deliver a high standard of client service and communication to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Compliance to streamline processes and reduce turnaround times

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in international payments and cross-border transaction processing (Good to have)
• Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) products and markets is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in settlements, client onboarding, due diligence, compliance, or client relationship management

Job Summary:

To analyze end-to-endlogistics operations — including transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and freight costs — alongside revenue streams and net incomeperformance. Then, develop a data-driven operational plan to improveprofitability, efficiency, and service ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Costing Analysis

·       Identifybottlenecks (delayed dispatches, low truck utilization, warehouse idle time) and collaborate with departments to streamline processes.

·       Analyze service-level performance (on-time delivery, damage rates, transit times) andlink to cost/revenue impacts.

·       Break down costs per shipment, route, warehouse, and client (fuel, tolls, wages,maintenance, rent, labor, inventory, freight rates, customs, insurance).

·       Compare actual vs. planned costs to identify leakage points.

·       Build cost-per-kilometer and cost-per-pallet models.

2. Revenue & Net Income Analysis

·       Analyze revenue by service type (FTL, LTL, warehousing, cross-docking, value-added services).

·       Assess profitability per customer, lane, or shipment.

·       Identify revenue leakage (incorrect billing, missed accessorial charges).

·       Calculate net income contribution after allocating direct and indirect costs.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

·       Build dashboards for cost-per-delivery, revenue-per-route, and net margin by customer.

·       Track performance weekly/monthly.

·       Provide variance analysis and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance,Accounting, or related field.

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, costing analysis, orperformance analytics (for senior role).

·       Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) for dashboards andvariance analysis.

·       Experience with cost modeling (cost-per-kilometer, cost-per-pallet).

·       Knowledgeof TMS or WMS is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regional business analysis and reporting activities across Southeast Asia operations, covering multiple countries and stations within the network.
• Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support management decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Python (where applicable for data analysis and automation).
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipment volume, revenue, costs, gross profit (GP), yield performance, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct pricing, rate, and profitability analysis for air freight and logistics services to support commercial strategy and revenue growth.
• Prepare regional performance reports, including monthly Gross Profit (GP) forecasts, and management summaries for leadership review and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including country teams, operations, finance, and commercial departments, to gather business requirements and ensure reporting accuracy.

• At least 4 years combined work experience in software development, application security andcloud computing (e.g. AWS)
• Familiar with mobile and web application programming interfaces (API) architecture (e.g. REST, SOAP, SSL/TLS)
• Experience in threat modelling and able to establish threat profiles for application projects to identify, quantify and remediate application security risks
• Strong knowledge of security best practices such as OWASP Top 10, OWASP application security verification standard
• Familiar with Agile Development process, CI/CD, DevOps concepts, tools (Gitlab, Github, Ansible etc) and how automated security testing can be incorporated into CI/CI pipelines
