Compensation Management

• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of salary structures, grading systems, and compensation frameworks.
• Support annual salary review, promotion and bonus exercises, including data validation and budget tracking and control.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all compensation-related decisions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in annual budget preparation and forecast.

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in line with PDPA requirements.

Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes for managerial positions.
• Manage employee master data update in HRIS for managerial positions.

Policies & Governance

• Assist in the development and review of HR policies relating to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits practices are audit-compliant and aligned with internal governance standard and business objectives.

Employee Communication

• Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits matters.
• Prepare employee communication on compensation and benefits related matters.

HR Team Development

• Responsible for development of HR team members through coaching, on-the-job guidance, and knowledge sharing to enhance functional competencies.
• Support succession planning and talent development within the HR function to ensure continuity and capability growth.

Others

• Any other legal assignments requested by the Management from time to time.

• Team Development: Lead the recruitment of a team of Pricing Analysts/Executives and train a motivated team to coordinate pricing strategy and execution

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign hires, administer all work passes/visas, ensure full MOM compliance, and lead orientation/onboarding.

Job Summary

Join Xedge Resource as a Recruitment Executive to source, screen, match and onboard healthcare professionals and caregivers while managing client and candidate relationships in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience to meet employer requirements
• Analyze employer needs and match them with suitable healthcare candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and candidates efficiently
• Liaise closely with employers to manage necessary recruitment paperwork accurately
• Manage candidate onboarding logistics, including administrative tasks such as work pass processing
• Acquire new customers to expand the client base and business opportunities
• Maintain and nurture relationships with customers and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate for Employment Intermediaries (CEI-Basic) as mandated for employment intermediaries or willing to take the CEI-Basic exams to be qualified
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sales orientation in recruitment activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with the recruitment process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates
• Enjoyment in interacting with people to foster positive recruitment experiences
