RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Engineer / Engineer will assist the Tender Manager in all technical and planning matters, ensuring that the construction planning works can be executed according to design, schedule, required quality standards and specifications. You are responsible to support the tender delivery through detailed planning, compliance monitoring across various disciplines.

• To work with C&S consultants to develop a structural scheme for buildings

Define and perform DET characterization on hard disk Head/Media. Lead a group of Engineering Assistant, technicians and inspectors to perform Guzik Dynamic Electrical Testing (DET).

EOS Innovation Singapore is seeking software engineers across a range of experience levels to support the development of advanced defence products. These are hands-on engineering roles embedded within multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, electronic, optical and systems engineers. Primary Duties

This role contributes to the design, development, integration, verification and support of software used in complex defence systems. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new line setups, process transfers, and engineering change implementations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new equipment, technologies, and operational processes.
• Deliver technical training and coaching to operations teams to strengthen equipment knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics, automation, or a high-volume operational environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in equipment implementation, process setup, commissioning, and optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a fast paced environment.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Salary Range $5,690 – $7,800
• Working Hours Mon – Fri, 0800 – 1745
