As a Global Quality (GQ) High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) Engineer on the DRAM/Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance team (DEMQRA) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the electrical characterization and electrical failure analysis (EFA) of all HBM products. • Good problem-solving skills.

• Required to work both in office and at project sites.

Job Summary

Lead civil and structural engineering efforts by reviewing submissions, monitoring project progress and quality, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering submissions and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Monitor project progress and quality compliance to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Assist project managers in executing projects by providing technical support and ensuring timely deliverables
• Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders to support decision-making and project alignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or building projects
• Strong technical and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination and reporting
