• 主導新供應商的尋源、評估、審核和入職流程
• 與關鍵策略供應商談判合同，並建立長期、基於信任的合作夥伴關係。
• 開發並管理供應商績效評估系統（QCDS：品質、成本、交付、服務），並透過定期審核推動持續改善。
• 管理供應商退出流程
• 識別和管理供應鏈風險，並推動供應商多元化和本地化等緩解策略。
• 與成本會計團隊合作，進行深入的成本分析，並支援談判策略。
• 主導年度或多年成本削減談判和價值分析/價值工程 (VA/VE) 項目，以實現可持續的成本節約

• 根據物料需求計劃（MRP）建立、發布、確認和追蹤採購訂單
• 監控供應商的生產和交付計劃，並解決影響準時交貨的問題
• 與物流和倉儲團隊協調，確保及時交貨和清關。

您的背景和經驗：

• 大專或以上學歷；專業領域不限。
• 優先考慮具有至少 2 年製造業採購經驗（採購員或採購員職位）的候選人。

• 精通SAP系統，並具備強大的Excel資料分析與報告能力。

Area of Experience

1. Computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on API development and integration.

Other Requirement

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
2. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
3. Strong understanding of web services and underlying protocols such as HTTP, SSL, OAuth, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
• Integrate third-party APIs into existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to enhance system functionality and
• user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Work closely with project managers to understand integration needs and provide
