Role Overview:

The Programme Executive plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing all school programmes for the School of Business and Law. Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage all school programmes in line with academic schedules and standards.

Academic and Professional Compliance

• Manage all communications and submissions concerning relevant professional bodies, including applying for or renewing programme status.
• Collect and report on criteria required by these bodies, such as pass rates, student feedback, and improvement plans.

Course Management on Canvas

• Create course IDs, intake IDs, and module shells on Canvas.
• Manage access permissions for students and tutors on Canvas, ensuring all course materials are uploaded and ready before commencement.

Stakeholder Liaison

• Serve as the primary contact for both internal (Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing) and external (vendors) stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams on course structures, packages, website updates, and other program details.
• Process payments, manage vendor relationships, and handle tutor/marker claims (claim forms, invoices, and purchase orders).

Student Enrolment and Materials Preparation

• Collaborate with Admissions and Business Development/Sales teams to ensure seamless student enrolment.
• Schedule material submission deadlines for tutors and confirm all materials are in order prior to the start of classes.
• Coordinate with Sales/BD teams and external vendors to arrange for printing of course materials.

Student Orientation and Support

• Organise and manage student orientation sessions, keeping the student handbook updated with the latest information.
• Handle student-related processes such as transfers, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Issue academic documents, including study certificates, testimonials, and certificates of attendance.

Policy Implementation and Compliance

• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring all school activities comply with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake any other duties, projects, and assignments as directed by the Student Services Office Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation's goals and the needs of the community

Programme Implementation

• Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance

JOB PURPOSE

Provide planning, development, and implementation of key activities and initiatives aimed at building up the national donor pool as well as maintaining and growing our pool of dedicated volunteers.

● Gain an in-depth understanding of their Bloodmobile Organiser (BMO) portfolios, including identifying past collection trends and collaboration histories

● Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain and recognise blood donors

● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote blood donation and organise blood drives in the community

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/ she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. The School, which offers both undergraduate and graduate programmes, is named after local philanthropist Tan Sri Dato Lee Kong Chian. Established in 2010 by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in partnership with Imperial College London, LKCMedicine aims to be a model for innovative medical education and a centre for transformative research. The School’s primary clinical partner is the National Healthcare Group, a leader in public healthcare recognised for the quality of its medical expertise, facilities and teaching. The School is transitioning to an NTU medical school ahead of the 2028 successful conclusion of the NTU-Imperial partnership to set up a Joint Medical School. • Manage working relationship with key stakeholders etc such as mediating between social workers (applying on behalf of clients / caregivers) and service providers

• Find out the needs of the clients/caregivers in the area and collate the data

• Collaborate with funder and appointed service providers to identify service pain points and work towards solutioning.

Networking & Professional Matters

• Network, participate and contribute professionally through work with relevant professionals and stakeholders that involves TAB programme.

• Represent TAB to undertake outreach efforts to referral agencies, community organisations and any other relevant agencies

• Supervise TAB colleagues that may include social worker, programme assistant and social work associate and work with caregivers/clients to offer services to the clients.

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• A diploma or degree in any discipline related to social sciences or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative work or managing programmes for people with disabilities. Experience in social service sector preferred.

• Analytical, flexible, resilient and ability to see different perspectives and draw connections

• Confident as an independent worker and a team player

• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

As an Executive, Programme and Community Partnership, you will support the planning and execution of programmes that promote the well-being and engagement of seniors in our residential care facilities. You will also help cultivate partnerships with community groups, volunteers, schools, and corporate partners to enhance the quality and variety of activities offered to residents. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that seniors enjoy meaningful experiences that promote active ageing, social connection, and emotional well-being.

You will need to:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of centre-based programmes and events for residents
• Liaise with internal teams (nursing, therapy, operations) to ensure programme activities align with residents' care plans
• Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with community stakeholders, volunteers, schools, and corporate partners
• Coordinate logistics for activities, including sourcing materials, booking venues, and managing schedules
• Support volunteer engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and appreciation efforts
• Collect and document feedback from residents, staff, and partners to evaluate programme impact
• Maintain accurate records of participation, donations, volunteer hours, and partnership engagements
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation for grants or funding where necessary
• Represent the organisation during community events or partnership meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Gerontology, Events Management, or a related field

• Be comfortable working with seniors and individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite tools for documentation and scheduling

Key Responsibilities

Education & Access Programmes (Tours, Workshops, Exhibitions)

• Manage and monitor school booking systems for museum programmes
• Handle enquiries and coordination for school visits via email and phone
• Manage bookings and communications with access/community groups
• Welcome school and community groups and support crowd control during peak periods
• Prepare and monitor learning resources (activity cards, worksheets, booklets, etc.)
• Coordinate logistics and equipment for workshops and programmes
• Support onsite and online programme delivery

Content & Programme Support

• Assist Education Managers in research and content development for Early Childhood, Education, and Access programmes
• Maintain exhibition interpretive spaces
• Assist in dissemination of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, resource kits)

Administration & Reporting

• Collate programme statistics and KPIs
• Maintain records and booking data
• Support general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Arts Management, Education, Art, History, Museum or related field preferred
• Able to manage large student groups (up to 80 participants per session)
• Strong written communication and email management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and online booking systems
• Comfortable handling high-volume stakeholder communication (teachers, vendors, partners)
• Experience in education or museum settings is an advantage
